Implement regional strategy and business development plans for Education Resources in South China, Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR.
Conduct marketing and business development activities to generate new leads and maintain high retention rates, achieve the regional BD target.
Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, including Cambridge schools and education groups.
Maintain partnerships with book importers, distributors, and local publishers.
Represent Cambridge at educational seminars, exhibitions, and conferences.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese. Proficiency in Cantonese. Confident communication and presentation skills in these languages.
Over 5 years of working experience, including at least 3 years in business development. Proven skills in business development and key account management within an educational context.
A graduate qualification from a reputable university with a major in education, business, or other relevant subjects, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Ability to develop ongoing relationships with customers at a senior level as well as with other stakeholders.
