从抗氧化、美白、抗老化、抗炎以及促进伤口愈合能力和组织修复等方面阐述了海洋生物胶原肽的皮肤保护功效,并对其在生物体内的吸收代谢规律及安全性特征进行了介绍,以期为海洋胶原肽在海洋功能化妆品的开发和应用提供理论支撑。
研究表明摄入胶原肽可有效改善人体皮肤状况, 增加皮肤水分, 改善皮肤弹性和真皮胶原蛋白的结构, 减缓受试女性的黄褐斑[13-15] 。一项临床实验研究表明, 志愿者通过口服深海鱼皮胶原肽后血液中的Hyp含量显著升高[13] 。
小鼠口服鱼类胶原或胶原肽后,在血液和皮肤中可检测到胶原肽片段。例如研究人员利用14C标记的鲢鱼皮胶原蛋白来确定小鼠的代谢过程, 在皮肤成纤维细胞中检测到含有Hyp的肽, 这表明胶原肽在体内到达了皮肤靶细胞[16] 。小鼠口服鱼鳞胶原肽后, 发现其血液中的Gly-Pro和Pro-Hyp的含量显著增加[17] 。
海洋生物胶原肽具有良好的抗氧化、美白、抗炎、促进组织修复等皮肤保护功效,在外用和口服化妆品领域均有巨大的应用前景。
海洋生物胶原肽化妆品的商业化对实现海洋生物加工副产物的深度开发利用,提升经济附加值及构建现代化海洋产业链均具有积极的意义。
