第十九届上海国际汽车制造技术与装备及材料展览会（AMTS 2024）于2024年7月3日至5日在上海新国际博览中心举行，本届展会覆盖7大展馆，展示面积达80,000平方米，汇聚800+汽车技术及工程参展企业，累计发布近3,000项新技术新产品，吸引了境内外36,864位专业观众前来参观洽谈采购；同时，“展+会” 模式，同期举办数十场行业论坛和活动，涵盖车身工程、智能产线物流、一体式压铸、智能底盘、内外饰、动力电池技术、电池壳体制造、电驱设计、智能驾驶、产业出海等行业热点主题，超2,000+来自汽车主机厂、零部件、电机、电池企业的研发、生产工程技术人员和主管领导参与，现场人气爆棚，反响热烈。

The 19th Shanghai International Automotive Manufacturing Technology & Material Show (AMTS 2024) from 3-5 July is a particularly far-reaching industry event in the field of automated assembly processes. The show attracted many experts and potential customers from all over the world, in particular from the Asia-Pacific region. SBM25 presented at AMTS 2024 by WEBER has stimulated great interest from customers.

SBM25全自动铆接件安装系统
SBM25 用于圆形和外六角型的铆螺母和铆螺栓的全自动装配，为单面进入的任意方向铆接系统，其最大拉铆力可达25 kN。SBM25通过外六角紧固件的高精度预对孔，全自动更换芯轴和自动反松移除NOK紧固件，实现了WEBER同类产品中自动化的最高程度，为客户减少停机时间并确保高质量稳定的铆接过程。
SBM25 is a fully automated assembly, single entry, any direction riveting system for round and hexagonal rivet nuts and bolts with up to 25 kN. SBM25 achieves the highest degree of automation in its class by means of high-precision pre-hole alignment of hexagonal fasteners, fully automated mandrel change and automatic back loosening to remove NOK fasteners, reducing downtime for the customer and ensuring a high and consistent quality of the riveting process.
