Dear authors,

When reading your study for a systematic review, I found a duplicated and mirrored element in Figure 5a: westen blot IL- 6 and H3k27me3 (see attached image for clarification).

For transparency: I will relay this information to the editors of STROKE so they can best resolve the issue at hand.

Kind regards,

Rene Aquarius

"In the article by Luo et al, “Inhibition of EZH2 (Enhancer of Zeste Homolog 2) Attenuates Neuroinflammation via H3k27me3/SOCS3/TRAF6/NF-κB (Trimethylation of Histone 3 Lysine 27/Suppressor of Cytokine Signaling 3/Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Family 6/Nuclear Factor-κB) in a Rat Model of Subarachnoid Hemorrhage,” which published online on September 16, 2020, and appeared in the November 2020 issue of Stroke (Stroke. 2020;51:3320–3331. DOI: 10.1161/STROKEAHA.120.029951), a correction to Figure 5 is needed.

In Figure 5A, the representative western blot bands of H3k27me3 and IL-6 were mistakenly duplicated. The revised Figure 5A shows the correct IL-6 band. The authors confirm that the quantitative results presented, the corresponding text description, and the conclusion remain unchanged. The authors apologize for the error.

This correction has been made to the current online version of the article, which is available at https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/STROKEAHA.120.029951."
