义工小老师假期精彩公开课不容错过！

蒙特利尔公校老师罢工行动已经超过一个月，我们深切理解您对孩子学业的担忧。为了让您的孩子在这个特殊时期依然能够充实度过，蒙城教育成长论坛精心安排了三款丰富多彩的义工小老师公开课，总有一款合适您的需求，共同度过欢乐时光。

AMC8数学竞赛：由竞赛经验丰富的义工小老师（4次进AIME) 亲自授课，为热爱数学的孩子们提供相关的竞赛备战课程，提升数学解题能力。

法语角：由经验丰富的义工小老师带领孩子们开展纯法语交流，提升新移民孩子的法语口语表达能力，增强他们对本地文化的深入了解。

国际象棋：由国际象棋大赛中屡获殊荣的义工小老师为热爱象棋的孩子提供对弈之后的复盘分析，以增强孩子们的象棋表现。

义工小老师们和孩子们一起度过一个充满知识和欢笑的假期时光，期待他们更加灿烂的未来！

AMC8数学竞赛小老师说：

Do you like math? Are you up for a challenge? Come try a few problems from the AMC 8! Math concepts across the areas of algebra, geometry, number theory, and combinatorics will be covered. All students in grades 6-8 are welcome.

DAY 2 TOPIC: FANTASY
If you could have a superpower, which would you choose and why? Who is your favorite character (book/movie/TV series)? Would you rather have superpowers or be the best at something without superpowers?...

December 28, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

DAY 3 TOPIC: ANIMALS
Which animal would make the best pet? Are zoos good for animals? Why or why not? If you could spend a day in the body of an animal, which one would you choose and why?...

December 29, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

DAY 4 TOPIC: TRAVEL AND FUTURE
If you could visit any place in the world, where would you go? What means of transport in the future would you like to use to travel? What would it be if you could invent something to make life easier? What job would you like to have when you grow up and why?

In the program :

•  Christmas Games and Challenges: Fun questions on topics that interest primary school children.

•  Speaking Turn: Each child will be able to share their opinions on various fun topics!

国际象棋小老师说：

Dear parents and chess phenoms,

During the upcoming Holidays, I will be hosting fun and online chess events on ZOOM where kids will be emboldened in their strategic and tactical skills. The main objective of each class is to raise your chess level through extensive analysis provided by a passionate expert with 10 years of experience. In, the first section of my chess lessons, each student will seek a game of 10min on chess.com (you will have to create a new account if you don't have one). After everyone finishes, I will personally go over every single game and give each player advice to improve their play. My teaching covers valuable ideas about fundamental rules and strategies to bolster your chess performance. 

I look forward to spreading my passion for chess with all of you!
