本次活动邀请UCLA学长、麦肯锡硅谷战略咨询经理分享职场经验，提供面试建议与交流机会，轻松互动，还有美味点心和奶茶等你来！

UCLA学长简介：
麦肯锡硅谷办公室战略咨询经理，专注于为北美高科技初创公司和各行业500强企业提供增长战略和转型咨询。UCLA工程学院博士毕业，博士期间创立了一家专注于核磁共振医疗器械的创业公司。毕业后加入苹果公司，负责iPhone无线通信系统的设计，从产品研发到量产，深耕多个技术领域。现积极参与UCLA校友管理与组织工作，是UCLA Sharpe Fellowship的评委，并担任Startup UCLA Accelerator的导师。

活动内容：
1. 经验分享
最大的Risk是你不知道你所不知道的：从面试官角度分享北美战略咨询（麦肯锡，BCG，贝恩，四大，精品）所需要寻找的candidate的特点。
最重要的是找到你心中那个不变的特点：知道了面试官的要求之后，如何根据自己的特点制定属于自己的计划，以及由此如何进行准备和练习。
最重要的时刻并不是面试的那一天：如何让面试官和老师叮嘱的要点变成你的习惯和能力，并通过实践逐步建立自己的reputation。
2. Networking
轻松愉快的和学长交流。
如果需要，也可以向学长递交简历，他会提供作为面试官的建议。
学长是个吃货，叮嘱我们准备一些好吃的点心和奶茶，所以来得早还有好吃好喝的！
