If you were unable to purchase tickets online, you can obtain tickets on-site at the Service Center (First floor). The Service Center accepts payments from international debit and visa cards.
Guests with e-tickets should exchange paper tickets at the Service Center before entry.
The ticket is valid for use from October 11, 2024, to February 28, 2025 (Visiting hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, last entry at 5:30 PM.)
The ticket is non-refundable.
Full-time students and seniors aged 65 and above are eligible for discounted ticket prices. Please have your relevant documents (Student Card or ID card) ready for verification.
Children 1.2 meters tall and under can enter for free.
Changes to Reservation Policy for the Fourth Floor Experience Area:
Reservations for the experience area on the fourth floor are no longer mandatory. Guests who have not booked a time slot in advance may join the on-site queue. The waiting time is generally acceptable. For a smoother experience, we recommend avoiding peak hours from 15:00 to 17:00 on weekends to minimize waiting time.

01 Q：If I can’t purchase tickets online, can I buy them on-site?
A: Yes, you can visit our service center on the 1st floor of MAM Shanghai to purchase tickets. We accept cash, card, WeChat Pay, and Alipay.
02 Q：Where is the waiting area?
A: The waiting area is located on the third floor, near the spiral staircase. Our on-site staff will guide you to the queue.
03 Q：What is the last time to wait in line?
A: The final time to join the queue is 5:30 PM. You will not be allowed to join the waiting line after this time.
04 Q：Which floor should I start my visit from?
A: We recommend starting your visit on the second floor. However, if your reservation time is nearing upon arrival, we suggest going to the fourth floor first to avoid missing your scheduled time, and then continuing your visit on the second and third floors afterward.
05 Q：We have a group of over 20 people. Can we purchase group tickets?
