工作描述:
- 画廊的日常管理与展览维护;
- 展览、艺术家及相关资料的调研、翻译、整理及归档等;
- 统筹执行布撤展、运输等事宜;
- 海内外项目(如艺术博览会、其他合作展览项目等)的管理、策划与执行;
- 协助艺术家联络及对外沟通;
- 协助媒体宣传,运营管理画廊的各项平台,如网站、微信公众号、Instagram等。
Responsibilities:
Operation, development and management of the gallery and various projects, including:
- Daily operation of the gallery and exhibition maintenance;
- Research, translate, manage, and archive relevant materials of the exhibitions, artists and artworks;
- Plan and execute the installation and de-installation, shipping, and other tasks related to the implementation of projects;
- Management, planning, and execution of domestic and overseas projects (e.g. art fairs, collaborative projects, etc.);
- Assist in artist liaison and external communication;
- Assist in media relations, operation and management of the gallery's various platforms, such as the gallery’s website, WeChat official account, and Instagram.
- 一年以上画廊、美术馆或艺术机构的相关工作经验,艺术类专业优先;
- 流畅的书面写作能力和沟通表达能力(中英双语);
- 熟练运用Adobe制图软件与Office办公软件、各类网络后台管理;
- 熟悉各类绘图建模软件,如SketchUp、Rhino 3D、AutoCAD等;
- 严谨的个人管理和独立工作能力;优秀的项目管理、组织协调及人际沟通能力;
- 多任务环境下的时间管理能力和抗压能力,富有责任心及热情;
- 对工作及产业敏感的观察和理解能力;
- 积极与不同人事物互动,对工作生活抱有好奇心与创造力。
- 1+ years of experience in art gallery management or related field, art-related major background preferred;
- Strong communication and writing skills in Chinese and English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design-related software; good command of different content management systems;
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as SketchUp, Rhino 3D, and AutoCAD;
- Able to work independently; excellent interpersonal skills and project management skills;
- Manage time across multiple tasks, with a strong sense of responsibility and passion;
- Keen observation and understanding of work and industry;
- Excellent at engaging with a diversity of individuals, groups, and events, staying curious and creative in work life.
