准格尔旗：“准汇美好”聚焦“民意”项目 铺就群众幸福路
Juungar focuses on public needs, paving residents' path to happiness
2024年，准格尔旗全力推进“准汇美好”为民办实事项目，用实际行动践行“人民至上”的发展理念。该项目以群众需求为核心，通过搭建服务平台、建立多方协同机制，推出一系列接地气、冒热气的举措，精准聚焦“民意”项目，为群众铺就了一条通往幸福生活的道路。
In 2024, Juungar Banner made significant efforts to advance the "Zhunhui Meihao" initiative, focusing on projects aimed at addressing public needs. With a firm commitment to the "people-first" development philosophy, the initiative emphasizes the demands of the community. By establishing service platforms and multi-stakeholder collaboration mechanisms, it has launched a series of practical and impactful measures to target public opinion projects accurately, paving the way for residents to lead happier lives.
“最美上学路”项目是“准汇美好”首批为民办实事项目之一，项目针对薛家湾市政区10所学校上下学期间校门口人车拥挤、秩序混乱及存在安全隐患的问题，通过设置学生专用通道、强化文明引导等方式，推出了一系列创新举措。
"The most beautiful route to school" project is one of the first practical undertakings under the "Zhunhui Meihao" initiative. It addresses safety issues and traffic congestion during school hours at the gates of 10 schools in the Xuejiawan municipal area. The project has implemented some innovative measures, such as setting up exclusive student pathways and strengthening civilized traffic guidance.
项目实施过程中，交管、教体、城管等多个部门协同作战，有效解决了学校周边的交通拥堵和安全问题。
During its execution, multiple departments related to traffic management, education and sports, and urban management have collaborated effectively to resolve safety and congestion issues near schools.
据统计，项目实施后，学校周边上下学高峰期的交通拥堵时间平均缩短了30%以上，交通流量提高了约25%，车辆通行速度提升了约15%，学生及家长的交通规则遵守率提高了约35%，礼让行人现象增多，校园周边区域的文明交通氛围明显增强。
Statistics show that, after implementing the project, peak-hour traffic congestion near schools decreased by over 30 percent, traffic flow improved by approximately 25 percent, and vehicle speed increased by about 15 percent. Compliance with traffic rules among students and parents rose by 35 percent, pedestrian courtesy increased, and the overall civility of traffic around school areas significantly improved.
“准汇美好”项目始终坚持以群众需求为导向，多途径倾听群众声音，多维度解决群众难题。针对群众反映强烈的无物业老旧小区“黑楼道”问题，项目迅速启动了“点亮楼道灯 温暖回家路”行动。
The "Zhunhui Meihao" initiative adheres to a demand-driven approach, listening to residents and addressing their concerns. In response to strong community feedback about the lack of lighting in old residential buildings without property management, the project quickly launched the "Lighting up corridors" campaign.
兴隆街道联动准格尔义工协会，迅速组织专业电工志愿者对存在问题的楼道灯进行更换和维修。从2024年3月至12月，共对52栋楼110个单元的1000多盏灯进行了维修和更换，惠及居民2000余户。
Xinglong sub-district collaborated with the Juungar Volunteer Association, arranging for professional electrician volunteers to repair and replace faulty corridor lights. From March to December 2024, they repaired and replaced over 1,000 lights across 110 units in 52 buildings, benefiting more than 2,000 households.
迎泽街道湖东社区也积极行动，对金岸国际小区等5个老旧小区的楼道灯进行了维修更换，惠及居民2400余户。截至目前，“点亮楼道灯 温暖回家路”项目已更换楼道灯2000余盏，更换灯口260余个，不仅保障了居民的生命财产安全，也提升了公共安全水平。
Similarly, Hudong Community in Yingze sub-district acted proactively, repairing and replacing corridor lights in five old residential communities, including Jin'an Guoji, benefiting over 2,400 households. To date, the project has replaced over 2,000 lights and 260 light sockets, improving public safety and enhancing the quality of life for residents.
To help them better integrate into the digital world, the "Enjoying the silver age" project was introduced under the "Zhunhui Meihao" initiative.
项目针对部分老年人不会上网和使用智能手机的问题，开展了一系列活动，包括预防电信网络诈骗、识别网络谣言知识普及以及智能手机使用培训等，帮助老年人融入数字世界，乐享晚年生活。
The project includes activities such as fraud prevention education, identifying online rumors, and smartphone training to help seniors embrace digital living and enjoy their twilight years.
自项目开展以来，已经在多个小区和中蒙医院开展26场现场活动，一对一服务了600余名老人。同时，项目还开展了上门服务，为老人提供智能手机智能设备反诈骗宣传、手机基础使用等服务，并发放反诈骗宣传资料。
Since its inception, 26 on-site activities have been held in various residential communities and at the Juungar Banner Mongolia Hospital, providing one-on-one assistance to over 600 seniors. Additionally, the project offers home services to teach basic smartphone usage and anti-fraud awareness, while also distributing educational materials on fraud prevention.
自“准汇美好”为民办实事项目启动以来，已经分3批发布了18个项目33个活动类别，涵盖了“一老一小”和中青年等重点群体。
Since the launch of the "Zhunhui Meihao" initiative, 18 projects spanning 33 categories have been introduced in three phases, targeting key demographics such as the elderly, children, and young adults.
项目服务内容不仅包括“最美上学路”“点亮楼道灯 温暖回家路”，还包括丰富农村未成年人业余文化的“流动少年宫”等。项目累计开展活动560余场次，服务群众4.9万余人次。
In addition to "The most beautiful route to school" and the "Lighting up corridors" projects, the initiative includes efforts such as the "Mobile youth palace", which enriches the extracurricular lives of rural children. To date, the initiative has organized over 560 activities, benefiting more than 49,000 residents.
下一步，准格尔旗将继续以群众需求为导向，不断创新和完善项目内容和服务方式，让“准汇美好”成为一张亮丽的名片，持续为群众带来更多福祉。
