一、向外国公民非法办理驾照被捕
罗安达刑事调查局(SIC)捣毁了一个专门向外国公民非法办理驾驶执照的犯罪网络。

The Criminal Investigation Service (SIC) has dismantled a criminal network dedicated to granting illegal driving licences to foreign citizens.According to a note from the SIC, consulted by JA Online, the group made up of six citizens, three of whom were Chinese and three Angolan, acted through a driving school via the system of the Directorate of Traffic and Road Safety.The nationals were employees of Valcarsoz, based in Kwanza-Norte.

The network operated out of a building site in the town of Kikuxi, where it installed all the computer equipment for registering foreign nationals in an irregular manner, thus obtaining illegal documentation. During the arrest, the SIC seized some electronic material. The accused will now be brought before the Public Prosecutor's Office and then before the judge of guarantees for the necessary legal proceedings, the document states.
二、严重交通事故
周日，一辆载有42名乘客为Catoca钻石公司提供服务的Macon公共汽车，在南伦达绍里木的 Muangeji 桥旁发生严重事故，车辆超速发生打滑，随后和路边的100多米金属防护栏发生剧烈碰撞、剐蹭，事故造成13名工人受轻伤。
