一、安哥拉中、北部电网事故
引发全国大面积停电
安哥拉通讯社援引电力公司消息称，全国11个省份大停电事故，大部分地区电力供应于周一晚上恢复。此前安哥拉北部和中央电网互连系统停电数小时。
不少当地华人反馈，明显受到此轮大停电的影响。
Luanda - The electricity supply in 11 of the country's provinces was re-established on Monday night after a black out of the North and Centre Interconnected System.These are the provinces of Luanda, Icolo e Bengo, Cuanza-Norte, Cuanza-Sul, Uíge, Zaire, Bengo, Malanje, Benguela, Huambo and Bié.
大范围停电事故省份包括罗安达省、伊科洛-本戈省、北宽扎省、南宽扎省、威热省、扎伊尔省、本戈省、马兰热省、本格拉省、万博省和比耶省。
国家输电公司-RNT称，目前由于特定的技术原因，只有罗安达维也纳市Estalagem地区停电，其他所有受影响省份都已恢复供电，技术团队还在进行恢复。
该公司表示，“全面断电 ”原因稍后进行澄清。
依据11月20日第305/14号总统令授权，国家输电公司(Rede Nacional de Transporte de Electricidade-RNT)是安哥拉公共电力系统运营商和跨区域输电系统的管理者。
According to a note from the National Electricity Transmission Network (RNT), all the affected provinces have been re-served. Currently, only the Estalagem (Viana) area in Luanda is without electricity, due to a specific technical reason that is still being investigated by the technical teams.The public company says that the reasons for the ‘general cut-off’ will be clarified shortly.
Rede Nacional de Transporte de Electricidade is the operator of the public electricity system and manager of the transmission network, within the scope of its legal powers under Presidential Decree 305/14 of 20 November.
二、医院火灾事故
北宽扎省妇幼医院4日因电路线路短路突发火灾，造成超过800万宽扎的财产损失，事故没有造成人员伤亡，40名儿童和孕妇被迫转院至省总医院和市立医院。5日-6日在更换烧毁的电气设备，预计7日会完成修复工作，届时医院将恢复正常工作。
