P2P officer
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized People-to-People Officer to join the ACYA team. This role is crucial in supporting administrative tasks, managing logistics, planning events, and developing partnerships to enhance our P2P initiatives.
Responsibilities:
-Assist with day-to-day administrative duties to ensure efficient operation of P2P programs.
-Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, attendee management, and on-the-day event support.
-Plan and execute P2P events, aligning them with organizational goals and member expectations.
-Identify and prospect potential partners, initiate conversations, and help build strategic relationships to support P2P objectives.
Requirements:
-Strong organizational and planning skills, with a keen attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships with partners and stakeholders.
-Experience in event planning and management.
-Proactive and independent, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Education officer
Position Summary:
The Education Officer will assist the Education Director in managing ACYA’s education-focused partnerships, program design, and operations, in line with organizational strategies and policies. This role includes participating in the development of a comprehensive education system with courses, workshops, training, campaigns, and other educational activities.
Responsibilities:
-Research and propose new educational partnerships and project ideas.
-Design and implement education programs, workshops, and training sessions.
-Organize and run educational events, such as panel discussions.
-Create educational content for ACYA’s website and social media.
-Develop educational resources and materials.
-Build and maintain relationships with educational partners.
-Develop skills, resources, and capabilities for ACYA chapters.
-Promote and oversee the implementation of new education programs across chapters.
Requirements:
-Strong interest in the Australia-China relationship and ACYA activities.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
-Experience working in a team.
-Knowledge of learning design and education program development.
-Experience in education resource development.
Ability to build and maintain educational partnerships.
Partnerships officer
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential corporate sponsors, conducting thorough research on prospective partners, managing sponsorship proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with our sponsors. This role is essential in supporting our events and initiatives through strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
Responsibilities:
-Corporate Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential corporate sponsors that align with ACYA's mission and goals.
-Prospecting: Identify and evaluate potential corporate partners and sponsors to support ACYA's events and initiatives.
-Proposal Development: Prepare and send compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations to potential partners.
-Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate sponsors, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
-Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with sponsors to provide updates, secure commitments, and ensure the timely execution of sponsorship agreements.
-Negotiations: Lead negotiations with potential sponsors to secure favorable terms and maximize benefits for ACYA.
-Event Support: Collaborate with the events team to ensure sponsors are effectively integrated into events and receive the agreed-upon benefits.
-Reporting: Track and report on sponsorship activities, including sponsor engagement, contract fulfillment, and performance metrics.
Women’s Network Officer
Position Summary:
Student or young professional aged 18-30 of any gender and cultural background with a strong interest in Australia-China relationship and ACYA activities and passionate for women advocacy and empowerment. Excellent communication, time-management and teamwork skills. Time Commitment: 2-5 hours per week
Responsibilities:
-Contribute to advancing opportunities and networking for women in the Australia-China field
- Attend weekly/fortnightly meetings
-Organising events and initiatives, such as online panels and webinars, offline networking activities
-Managing and creating ACYAWN’s social media content on Instagram, LinkedIn and WeChat
Requirement:
Proficiency in using spreadsheets and Canva
Proficiency in Chinese
Alumni officer
Position Summany:
Alumni Officers will liaise with the Alumni Director and the rest of the ACYA Executive to assist in the delivery of alumni events and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
-Assist the Alumni Director in achieving the portfolio’s key performance indicators.
-With the support of the Director, oversee the planning and execution of new events and initiatives for ACYA alumni.
-Source and publish relevant web content about prominent ACYA alumni.
-Assist with the compilation and maintenance of a directory of ACYA alumni.
-Increase engagement with alumni and expand the current directory of ACYA alumni.
Requirements:
-Strong interest in the Australia-China relationship and ACYA activities.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Excellent organisational, time-management and prioritisation skills.
-Experience working in a team.
-Time Commitment: 3–5 hours per week on average.
Career officer
Responsibilities:
-With the support of the Careers Director, create, secure and promote internships other career opportunities in the Australia-China space;
-With the support of the Careers Director, organising and running events in the careers space (i.e. panel discussions);
-Assess, review, and provide a summary of internship applications to organisations with whom ACYA partners for internship programs (e.g. Austrade, Australia-China Business Council);
-Assist the Careers Director in achieving portfolio’s key performance indicators.
Requirements:
-Strong interest in the Australia-China relationship and ACYA activities
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Excellent organisational, time-management and prioritisation skills
-Experience working in a team
-Time Commitment: 3–5 hours per week on average.
Wechat Operation officer
Responsibilities:
-Manage ACYA National WeChat Public Account
-Facilitate knowledge sharing of chapters about social media strategy and national ACYA media strategy
-Proficient in graphic and text design.
-Patient and open to multiple revisions.
Requirements:
-Have the experience of operating the WeChat Public Account.
-Strong written communication skills in English and Chinese.
-Experience in media and/or visual design.
-Time commitment of around 3-4 hours per week.

ACYA由Henry Makeham、Huw Pohlner和Dom Delany三位澳大利亚学生在北京留学时创立。自成立以来,中澳青联已发展成为一个充满活力的社区,其分会遍布澳大利亚和大中华区。
中澳青联举办了大量的活动,并向其多元化的会员群体提供独特的实习、奖学金和志愿服务机会。在此之中,中澳青联举办了一部分活动,还有许多活动则是在我们各机构合作伙伴的长期慷慨支持下才得以实现。
自2015年以来,中澳青联还举办了一年两次的中澳青年领袖发展峰会(Australia-China Emerging Leaders Summit,即ACELS),旨在为热衷于中澳关系的新晋青年领袖提供专业技能培训。
