Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies in blockchain, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
职位要求
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in the Web3 and blockchain industries is highly desirable.
Proficient in using HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
