the future, the project connects Yuhang’s rich historical and cultural heritage
with the vibrant modern urban life, becoming a unique cultural landmark in the

heart of Yuhang, surrounded by schools, residences and metro station, with abundant water features in the

面对用地面积有限、地块高度限制以及对覆盖率的高要求等挑战，团队在规划与设计上进行了深入思考与创新尝试。基地周边虽开发成熟，却缺乏能够激发区域活力的公共景观节点。经过团队几番实地考察调研，陈玉莹和团队构想出了一个既满足日常商业需求，又能促进人与自然和谐共处的设计理念。“我们希望这座建筑不仅能满足周边居民的基本生活需求，还能成为一个集休闲、娱乐于一体的城市绿洲，为人们提供一片心灵栖息之地。”The design responds to the site condition, requirements
for floor area ratio and green space, ‘Diverse public interaction spaces are
created through the integration of the building and the natural environment. An
urban garden is made for relaxation and entertainment for the local community.’
Fiona shares.考虑到基地西侧及北侧为防护绿地，较为静谧，东侧与南侧则与繁忙的城市道路紧密相连。因此，设计对场地采取动静分区，将酒店所在的两栋塔楼布局在西侧，以享受更多的静谧时光；东侧则设置了商业，便于吸引人流促进片区商业繁荣。通过巧妙地将双塔旋转，形成约90°夹角平面布局，既避免了楼间对视，又最大化扩展了城市景观视野。塔楼与裙房形成的围合空间，被精心设计成了一个中央生态花园，引绿入园，自然画卷依托建筑徐徐展开，相互映衬，延伸进建筑视野，成为建筑使用者触手可及的美好场景。在城市喧嚣中，形成一条公共的纽带，将周边办公区与住区紧密相连，为人们提供高品质的生活体验。The west and north sides of the
site are serene green spaces, while the east and south sides are connected to transport
systems. The design places the hotel towers on the west side for a peaceful
environment, and commercial podium on the east side to attract circulation. By
rotating the twin towers to form an approximately 90-degreeangle, the layout avoids direct views between buildings and maximises
cityscape views. The enclosed space formed by the towers and podium includes a
garden, bringing greenery into the area and integrating architecture with

Local Culture-inspired Design Concepts
“将文化以现代视角重新诠释，化身为建筑的灵魂，令其以一种崭新且充满活力的形式展现，这不仅使得传统文化在当代社会中绽放异彩，更为文化的延续注入了无限生机。” 纪达夫如是说。‘Reinterpreting culture from a modern perspective
gives it a new life and makes it the soul of architecture. This not only allows
traditional culture to shine in contemporary society but also injects vitality
into its continuation,’ Keith shares.Design inspired by local
culture在整体设计过程中，团队深掘余杭土地上的良渚文化精髓，以玉为魂，对余杭本土良渚文化进行现代转译，提炼出“琮楼玉宇，玉鸟翱翔”这一核心理念，旨在创造出富有文化内涵与时代气息的地标建筑作品。标志性的酒店双塔借鉴了出土文物“玉琮”的稳重比例和细腻工艺，采用中分对称设计，以方形为初始形态，竖向沿中轴一分为二，并通过细分增加立面丰富度；塔楼圆角处理灵感亦源于玉琮，使得客房视野更开阔的同时，呈现出如玉般温润的质感，精致典雅。In
the overall design, the team drew inspiration from jade, using modern interpretations
of the local Liangzhu culture. The hotel twin towers intricate craftsmanship of
the unearthed jade, using a symmetric design divided vertically along the
central axis. The square shape is the starting form, which is subdivided to
enrich the façade. The rounded corners of the towers, inspired by the jade, provide
expansive views from the rooms while conveying a jade-like smoothness and
elegance, establishing a benchmark for the local cultural image.Inspired by local
culture商业裙房的设计与酒店双塔遥相呼应，取“玉鸟”之意象，通过对圆形“玉璧”的演绎和弧线的处理，刻画出简洁而灵动的姿态。同时，提取羽毛的意向，将其转化为栩栩如生的表皮，经渐变组合形成极具韵律感的生动立面，寓意余杭经济的蓬勃发展。塔楼圆润的线条与裙房舒展的曲线相映成趣，将良渚古典气韵与现代形式之美融于一体。The design of the commercial podium echoes the hotel
twin towers. It takes the image of ajade bird and creates a simple yet dynamic form through the interpretation of circular
jade and the use of curved lines. The design also incorporates elements of feathers,
transforming them into a lively façade with rhythmic patterns, symbolising
Yuhang's economic growth. The smooth lines of the tower and the flowing curves

“在重现良渚文化魅力的同时，探索新型商业空间的可能性，提升整个区域的整体价值，是我们的设计初衷与追求。”陈玉莹话语中透露出对这片土地的深情和对未来的憧憬。商业裙楼于整体构造上匠心独运，多层退台设计仿若那诗意的层峦叠嶂的茶山，其与商场 24 小时运营场所紧密联动，以围合庭院为核心，串联起特色餐饮、文化体验、休闲娱乐等多元业态，共同打造出一座 24 小时商业主题公园。场景设计也特别注重建筑与环境的和谐共生，通过合理规划场地动线，在多层退台开辟流水飞瀑、绿植层台等景观，并与建筑外缘的城市公园连接，塑造一体化大公园景观，有效消弱了建筑与自然的边界。‘Our design goal is to showcase the Liangzhu culture
while exploring new commercial spaces, ultimately enhancing the overall value
of the area,’ Fiona shares. The design
of the commercial podium adopts a retail street concept that integrates the
distinctive landscape of Yuhang. This creates a unique setback landscape that
fosters a diverse, all-weather environment, enhancing pedestrian circulation. The
podium connects closely with the 24-hour mall, centered around a courtyard that
links diverse offerings such as dining, cultural experiences and entertainment.
Additionally, the design incorporates various spatial nodes such as flowing waterfalls
and terraced green spaces, achieving permeability and creating a human-centric
ecological settlement within the city. All

as customers move between shops, experiencing the mix of Liangzhu culture and
modern commerce. At night, the area becomes a new landmark for nightlife,
offering a full range of experiences from shopping and relaxation to cultural

environment and increases the overall commercial value of the project, driving
regional development and serving as an example for

multi-layered central park to the urban park, creating an integrated large park
landscape that effectively blurs the boundaries between architecture and
nature. A sunken plaza is designed at the northwest main entrance, connected to
the subway and the center of the site. This introduces a three-dimensional,

City view from the International Luxury hotel远眺之下，塔楼与裙楼的设计一脉相承，流线自上而下一气呵成，彰显现代科技和未来感的完美融合，描绘出余杭未来崭新面貌。The design of the hotel towers and podium are cohesive, featuring smooth lines that flow seamlessly together, blending modern technology with a futuristic aesthetic to reflect Yuhang's new image. 酒店隶属于国际顶奢品牌与国际高端品牌。国际顶奢酒店坐落于地块左上角，面向城市主展面，其立面温润且细腻灵动，与城市的多元节奏及精致韵味相得益彰，高端与优雅气质尽显，仿若一张彰显城市魅力的精致名片，为所在片区注入了国际化、高品质的气息，引得各界精英与高端旅客前来，促进区域的活力与繁荣。不仅如此，它还巧妙地占据了相对独立静谧之处，让宾客沉浸于私密、奢华的专属体验之中。而国际高端酒店则位于左下角临道路处，彰显出便捷与开放性，入口大堂设计开阔，方便宾客快速办理入住与通行。The
hotel includes two brands. The International Luxury hotel is in the
upper left corner, facing the main city view. Its warm and delicate façade
complements the city’s diverse rhythm, adding a high-end atmosphere that
attracts elite guests and tourists. It also offers a quiet space for a private
and luxurious experience. The International High-end hotel, located in the lower left corner along
the road, emphasizes convenience with a spacious lobby for quick check-ins.Hotel towers integrate with the surrounding

complement each other, distinguishing their brand cultures while achieving
functional unity. They
create a rich hotel cluster that caters to different guest needs.Hotel tower’s functional layout塔楼立面采用弧形凸窗设计，既扩大视野范围，也让整座建筑散发出温润如玉的美感，再现“琮楼玉宇”的盛世景象。塔楼裙楼功能主要以国际顶奢酒店配套服务为主，辅以国际高端酒店配套，与商场共享一个中央庭院，入住旅客对内可观赏庭院景观，对外可远眺城市与河岸景观，享受丰富多样的城市体验。The tower’s façade
features curved bay windows that enhance the view and give the building an
elegant appearance. The tower podium primarily serves the International Luxury hotel, with
shared services from the International High-end hotel and a central courtyard with the mall,
allowing guests to enjoy both courtyard and city views for a diverse urban
