唐鸣先生凭借其在酒店集团管理、开发、运营和资产管理方面的丰富经验和出色的专业知识而获得多项业内个人成就奖。在投身于中国酒店业发展的30多年职业生涯中，他曾任职于多家酒店集团高层职位, 如洲际集团、凯悦集团、世贸集团、复星集团、锦江集团等。
北京诺金国际酒店管理有限责任公司成立于2024年11月12日，是一家刚成立的公司，注册资本5000万元，注册地位于北京市西城区复兴门内大街51号11幢3层，法定代表人为霍岩。霍岩目前是首都旅游集团下属的首旅酒店管理公司常务副总经理。

侯洪伟先生
元开酒店集团华北区首席发展官
侯洪伟先生在酒店行业拥有丰富卓越的履历经验。自2001年于北京天伦王朝饭店开启其职业生涯，积累了切实的运营经验。自2012年起，侯洪伟加入泛海建设集团，开启了地产行业高端酒店开发的始端，此后又陆续服务了华夏幸福集团、融创集团等头部地产公司，在此阶段与市场上众多国际及国内头部酒店品牌进行合作谈判，涉及项目遍及国内各个主要城市及度假胜地。2021年，侯洪伟先生参与组建了永乐华住酒店管理公司，并作为开发副总裁开启了酒店管理公司业务的新角色，在品牌定位、团队管理、渠道拓展和业主关系维护上均做出来突出的成绩。在加入元开集团之前，侯洪伟服务于雅高瑞享品牌，并带领团队拓展市场。
侯洪伟先生的兴趣爱好包括旅行和读书，笃信读万卷书、行万里路的双重人生乐趣，在读书和旅行中经常迸发出更多的奇思妙想，将诗意栖居的理想融入到酒店空间。

叶福南先生
南京卓美亚酒店任命酒店总经理
南京卓美亚酒店近日宣布任命叶福南先生Billy Yap为酒店总经理。叶福南先生在酒店行业逾25载，在提升酒店营收和宾客体验方面积累了丰富的经验。他曾在宁波柏悦酒店、长白山柏悦酒店、南京洲际酒店、上海虹桥索菲特酒店、新加坡君悦酒店和新加坡四季酒店等知名酒店品牌担任要职，在此期间，他负责管理备受瞩目的酒店筹备开业及品牌焕新项目，并取得了令人瞩目的成果。
加入南京卓美亚酒店之前，叶福南先生曾在重庆新世界酒店担任总经理一职。叶福南先生拥有卓越的运营管理，营销战略及人才培养能力。东莞松山湖凯悦任职期间，他把酒店目标市场从旅行社调整为会议会展，酒店的入住率短短一年就提升了18%，竞争对手酒店市场份额排名由第四直接跃升为第一。在长白山柏悦和凯悦酒店任总经理期间，他带领团队降低了离职率，降低了采购成本，实现了酒店总收入，业主利润率和酒店宾客满意度等三项指标的大幅提升。两年时间，两家酒店的业主利润呈现十倍级的增长。与此同时，叶先生非常善于培养员工及制定长期有效的人才发展战略，他不拘一格降人才的领导风格曾是业界的一段佳话。他的徒弟们曾是“凯悦集团中国区最年轻的销售总监，酒店行业华南区最年轻的市场销售总监” ，也有的成为了柏悦酒店的总经理。

Jumeirah Nanjing recently announced the appointment of Mr. Billy Yap as the General Manager of Jumeirah Nanjing. Billy's impressive career spans over 25 years in the international hospitality industry, with a track record of transforming properties, driving revenue growth, and fostering exceptional guest experiences. He has held pivotal roles in renowned organizations, including the Park Hyatt Ningbo Resort and Spa, Park Hyatt & Hyatt Regency Changbaishan, InterContinental Nanjing, Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao, Grand Hyatt and Four Seasons Hotel Singapore and others, managing high-profile pre-opening projects, rebranding initiatives, and delivering strong commercial outcomes.
Prior to this appointment, Mr. Billy Yap served as General Manager of Chongqing New World. Mr. Billy Yap has demonstrated exceptional leadership in creating an innovative and effective management team. One of his strengths is identifying and developing talent for the hotel team members. While working in Hyatt Regency Dongguan, with his tactical strategy of segments adjustment, the hotel occupancy increased 18%, STR ranked first in competitors’ group within one year. When he joined the Park Hyatt and Hyatt Regency Changbaishan, he achieved outstanding results on staff retention, cost control, hotel revenue, guest satisfaction and GOP. He delivered a tenfold increase in GOP growth within two years. At the same time, Mr. Yap is very good at developing long-term effective talent development strategies, and his eclectic leadership style has been a great tale of story in the hospitality industry. His apprentices were "the youngest Sales Director of Hyatt Regency Dongguan and the youngest Sales and Marketing Director of the hospitality industry in South China", and some of them became general managers of Park Hyatt Hotels and became the mainstay of the hotel industry. His long term career vision is to continue to develop talents for the hotel industry.
In his spare time, Billy is an avid traveller, having explored numerous countries, and enjoys immersing himself in different cultures through local cuisine. His passion for sport includes all outdoor and indoor activities especially snowboarding, scuba diving, bowling and badminton reflects his dynamic and energetic approach to both work and life. Glad to announce the appointment of Mr. Billy Sun joined Hilton Wuhan Riverside as Commercial Director, with effective from 9th December, 2024.
Billy started his hospitality career in Sales at The Westin, Hefei Baohein 2010, and joined Doubletree by Hilton Yangzhou in 2018 to begin his career with Hilton. Prior to join Hilton Wuhan Riverside, he was the Commercial Director at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Wuhu, where he was responsible for the commercial department of the hotel and led the team to create a number of consecutive room revenue records.
We do believe Billy will lead our CD team to sprint sales targets, create new highlights for operating and improve the hotel reputation. We also wish him continue to Thrive @Hilton.
