About Mingde Forum
Mingde is from "The Great Learning," which is considered the first among the "Four Books." Its main idea is: The aim of higher education is to manifest bright virtue; it involves reflecting on and improving one's own morality and encouraging others to do the same, enabling everyone to reform themselves, abandon evil and follow goodness; and it is about achieving and maintaining a perfect moral state in the entire society
The Mingde Forum is an international platform established by the RUC North American Alumni Association. It was launched in October 2015 and officially named in November 2016. The Mingde Forum welcomes participation from the public, irrespective of academic background or nationality, and embodies both academic rigor and practical application, characterized by openness and diversity.

About RUC-NAAA
North America Alumni Association of Renmin University of China (RUCNAAA) is anon-profit organization dedicated to fostering alumni relations. Established in June 2015, it received 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the U.S. IRS in March 2018. The operational headquarters is situated in New York, with members distributed across major cities in the United States and Canada. RUCNAAA's mission is to create a communication platform for alumni to connect and share experiences, while also generating opportunities and channels for mutual benefit and career advancement globally. The organization has been recognized multiple times as an "excellent alumniorganization" by its alma mater.
