国家级青年人才项目获得者
2018年毕业于复旦大学，获理学博士学位。2018-2023年在美国北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校进行博士后训练。2023年入职上海交通大学医学院松江研究院。李亚东博士长期从事调控睡眠觉醒和学习记忆的神经环路和分子机制研究，相关成果以第一作者发表在Cell Stem Cell, Nature Neuroscience, Neuron, Molecular Psychiatry和Nature Communications等期刊。先后获美国NARSAD青年科学家奖以及国家和省市级人才项目的资助，主持国自然等多项基金。课题组目前已经形成由副研究员、博士后、博士生和科研助理等构成的科研团队。核心设备搭建完善，可进行EEG/EMG记录、在体双光子和激光共聚焦成像、多通道电生理、Patch-seq、蛋白质组学、脑片膜片钳和多种行为学检测。课题组经费保障完善，人员构成合理。热诚欢迎志同道合的青年才俊加入。
李亚东课题组
睡眠觉醒和学习记忆原理都是脑科学基本科学问题，其调控机制是当今脑科学研究的重点和热点。
本课题组在神经网络和分子水平关注：
（1）睡眠觉醒的机制及对记忆的调控作用。重点研究睡眠觉醒调控海马依赖的的学习记忆和情感行为的神经环路和分子机制。
（2）神经退行性疾病，特别是阿尔兹海默病，中睡眠觉醒障碍和认知情感损害的环路和分子机制，开创性的提出通过干预觉醒水平改善认知和情感功能的新策略。
岗位一：副研究员1名。
应聘条件：
1. 在海内外知名大学或研究机构获得博士学位，具有博士后经历，并以第一作者或通讯作者发表重要研究论文。
2. 具有医学、神经生物学或分子生物学学科研究背景，熟悉神经环路和分子机制研究方法。具备离体、在体电生理或双光子成像技术或单细胞测序和分析工作经验者优先。
3. 有强烈的科研好奇心驱动、有责任有担当、勇于探索新鲜事物。
主要岗位职责：
1. 独立或协助课题组长开展科研工作；
2. 指导实验室博士后和研究生科研工作；
3. 独立或协助申请科研项目。
待遇：
参照上海交通大学医学院松江研究院的规定提供优厚待遇（25-40万年薪），提供事业单位编制；充分尊重个人职业发展方向和科研兴趣，支持相关基金和项目申报，鼓励往独立PI方向发展。
岗位二：博士后1名。

为紧密对接国家和地方战略需求，上海市松江区人民政府和上海交通大学医学院合作共建的上海交通大学医学院松江研究院（以下简称“研究院”）于2022年7月正式成立。中国科学院院士段树民被聘为研究院院长，国家儿童医学中心(上海)儿童脑科学中心主任、上海交通大学基础医学院解剖学与生理学系主任徐天乐教授被聘为研究院执行院长。松江研究院将聚焦国家脑科学计划，联动G60科创走廊生物医药、脑智科创产业群优质资源，整合上海交通大学医学院在脑认知原理解析和脑疾病等脑科学研究优势，根据国家脑科学战略以及交大医学院“十四五”规划关于脑科学重点布局的要求，在生物医药、人工智能等重点领域实现深度融合和前瞻布局。研究院主攻“三脑”（精神脑、退变脑、发育脑），结合神经免疫、神经代谢和神经肿瘤等新兴脑交叉方向，建成与脑科学和脑交叉相关的“基础-临床-产业”全链条科研平台，致力于催生重大创新性、原创性、颠覆性基础研究成果的产出，实现原始创新关键技术的重大突破，培育一批具有创新思维和国际影响力的脑科学产学研专业人才，助力上海生物医药及人工智能产业的高质量发展，支撑“健康上海”和具有全球影响力的G60科技创新中心建设，成为中国脑科学研发策源地和国家级科创中心。
