嘉宾简介
Prof. Hui has served the community in various capacities such as the Long Term Housing Strategy Steering Committee. About research, Prof. Hui is dedicated to land, construction and real estate issues, local and international. His scholarly work has been published in reputed international journals such as Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics. Not only on many editorial boards, Prof. Hui serves as Chief Editor/Guest Editor for international journals, and also a Director for Asian Real Estate Society and Global Chinese Real Estate Congress. In 2015 and 2021, he was awarded a Medal of Honour (MH) and Justice of Peace (JP), respectively, by the Chief Executive HKSAR to recognize his significant contribution to society in the field.
报告简介
This seminar discusses a critical topic nowadays that is “Towards a More Sustainable Development: Low Carbon Transition in China.” It provides a good platform for discussing the background of carbon emissions, decarbonizing China, and the path to a low-carbon transition. This is followed by a Q-A session whereby attendees and the speaker can exchange ideas.
