Drawing on the luxurious facade aesthetics of the Bulgari style, we aim to create a refined, comfortable, and relaxed vacation experience that urbanites aspire to connect with nature. The sales office's "Future Entrance Lobby" breaks through the rigorous rules of traditional design, draws inspiration from resort hotels, and creates a luxurious and romantic aesthetic based on the flowing water flow and metallurgical style. Walking back and forth is a peaceful and luxurious journey.

入 户 大 堂 沙 盘 区

抵达，是归家仪式感的开始。

步入前厅，入目是以中轴为对称的空间分割。沙盘区位于中轴线上抓住焦点，分列前厅两边的大理石迎宾台如海浪般沉稳大气，成就归家的高奢仪式感。空间起承转合，开放式视线下，低调内敛中绽放典雅的度假/归家松弛感。斯卡帕叠级设计手法下，软膜天井向双侧展开的双通道，演绎高低错落、对称性的秩序空间美。亮白的墙面、深木色的背景、自然柔和的天井光、葱郁的植物，一个有层次、可以放慢脚步、静静观赏的商业空间。

Entering the front hall, the space is divided symmetrically around the central axis. The sand table area is located on the central axis, capturing the focal point. The marble reception platforms on both sides of the front hall are calm and atmospheric like waves, achieving a luxurious sense of returning home ceremony. The space undergoes a transition, with an open view that exudes an elegant sense of relaxation in a low-key and introverted vacation. Under the Scapa cascade design technique, the soft membrane courtyard is extended to both sides through dual channels, demonstrating the beauty of ordered space with staggered height and symmetry. The bright white walls, deep wood background, natural and soft skylight, and lush plants create a layered commercial space that allows for slow down and quiet viewing.

室内空间不仅仅是容器，它的伟大之处就在于还承载着城市的人文与历史。

将二改空间作为后续空间使用的延续条件，首先考虑空间的“秩序”和“功能性”。入室动线一切为之服务：入室—观赏—洽谈/休息—入户/离开。用简洁自然的材料来构建亲切的空间氛围，塑造平静安宁的感官体验，且具有其独特的个性和高雅的品味，如此提升居住者对地产品牌和未来生活品质的信赖感。

The condition is to use the second modified space as a continuation of the subsequent space use, Firstly, consider the "order" and "functionality" of the space. Everything that comes into the room serves: entering - viewing - negotiating/resting - entering/leaving. Use simple and natural materials to build a friendly spatial atmosphere, shape a calm and peaceful sensory experience, and have its unique personality and elegant taste, thus enhancing residents' trust in the brand and future quality of life.

在设计与艺术之间寻求一个刚好的平衡点，让每一件作品都富有人文叙事与情怀。设计师希望为栖辰雅苑构建一个生态与科技共存的空间，回应室外创造出的自然生态体系。

在斯卡帕风格中，叠级的造型融入到吊顶中，弹力布通过改变光源的投射方式达到营造自然光照感的效果，如同“开天井”。丰富吊顶窗框造型的同时，也与室外景观相融合，充当采光的作用。而室内流动性和凹造型的水花艺术装置与之相互呼应，展现出极具动感和生命力的空间效果。

Seeking a perfect balance between design and art, making every work rich in humanistic narrative and emotions. The designer hopes to build an ecological and technological coexistence space for Qichen Yayuan, responding to the natural ecological system created outdoors.

In the Scarpa style, the layered design is integrated into the suspended ceiling, and the elastic fabric creates a natural lighting effect by changing the projection method of the light source, just like "opening a courtyard". Enriching the design of suspended ceiling window frames while also integrating with the outdoor landscape, serving as a lighting effect. The indoor fluidity and concave shaped water spray art installations complement each other, creating a highly dynamic and vibrant spatial effect.

“直线象征无限，曲线限制创造。而色彩则可以让人哭泣。”这是以叠级设计手法闻名的建筑师卡洛·斯卡帕的至理名言。将空间分成块状，但同时保持整体融进一束束光照里。水吧区流畅的线条犹如展开的裙摆般充满律动感。洽谈区内因地制宜，利用体块围，既充分梳理人员动线关系，又让交流显得自由有序。

透过水吧区一侧的落地玻璃窗，可以欣赏中庭温柔的水波萦绕着郁郁葱葱的“绿洲”。室内的绿植与室外景观交相呼应，不同肌理的材质，在光影交织中释放着不同的视觉层次。回家，亦是一场回归自然的旅程。

Straight lines symbolize infinity, curves limit creation, and colors can make people cry. "This is the wise saying of architect Carlo Scapa, who is famous for his cascading design technique. Divide the space into blocks, while maintaining the overall integration into a beam of light. The smooth lines of the water bar area are full of rhythm and dynamism like an unfolded skirt. The negotiation area is tailored to the local conditions and utilizes a block enclosure, which not only fully sorts out personnel movement relationships but also makes communication appear free and orderly.

Through the floor to ceiling glass windows on one side of the water bar area, one can admire the gentle waves of the atrium lingering around the lush "oasis". The indoor greenery complements the outdoor landscape, and the materials with different textures release different visual levels in the interweaving of light and shadow. Going home is also a journey back to nature.

现代演绎，自然窗口。室外深度洽谈区，空间像一个橱窗，两侧通透的落地窗与分割有序的建筑金属格栅设计通过沉稳低调的深木色与米色，让空间尽显开阔明亮，又呈现出典雅内敛、精致舒适的现代感。

Modern interpretation, natural window. In the outdoor deep negotiation area, the space is like a shop window. The transparent french window on both sides and the orderly divided building metal grille design make the space open and bright through the calm and low-key dark wood color and beige, and present a modern sense of elegance, restraint, refinement and comfort.

功能化布置极富松弛感的序列，衬托着艺术品和户外家具的品质与调性。木质感与砖瓦的配合点缀出空间陈设的色彩，石桌茶几让森系的灵动进一步提升，打造出生活仪式的呼吸感，给人以舒适的视觉体验。

当人从室内踏入洽谈区时，也可以沿着汀步来到花园。因为建筑结构本身的关系，两侧恰好成为最佳户外观景点。利用这个前后关系，增加了售楼处户外自然景观与室内的空间可能的叙事性。它可以是蝉鸣夏日，夫妻坐在洽谈区对未来美好生活的畅想；也可以是秋日午后业主归家时等待他的松弛时光。

在这里，我们得以同时看见过去，现在与未来。

The highly relaxed sequence of functional layout highlights the quality and tonality of artworks and furniture. The combination of woodiness and brick and tile accentuates the color of the space display, while the stone table and coffee table further enhance the agility of the forest system, creating a sense of breathing for life rituals and providing a comfortable visual experience.

When people step into the negotiation area from indoors, they can also follow the steps to the garden. Due to the inherent structure of the building, both sides happen to be the best exterior attractions for households. By utilizing this contextual relationship, the narrative potential of the outdoor natural landscape and indoor space in the sales office has been increased. It can be the cicadas chirping in summer, where couples sit in the negotiation area and imagine a better future life; It can also be the relaxing time when the homeowner returns home on an autumn afternoon.
