Business Development Specialist

 - Europe Region (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing market development plans consistent with division goals and objectives to drive revenue and customer volume growth.

  • Actively searching and building relationships with prospective customers via all communicative tools in assigned areas

  • Responsible for managing development strategies and analyzing market trends, competitor activities as well as customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborating with cross functional teams including product development, sales, marketing and customer service to ensure successful delivery of projects

  • Presenting performance analysis results to superiors to help with future product design and sales and marketing strategies

  • Building and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, industry influence, and partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, marketing or equivalent field.

  • Minimum 3-year professional experience in direct sales and new customer business

  • Solid social connections and partnership relationships in medium-sized as well as large multinational companies in European countries

  • In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry and/or experience in selling cloud and data services etc.

  • Highly motivated team player with a strong customer focus and a results-driven approach.

  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and German language skills

  • Travel flexibility

Sales Manager

- Munich metropolitan area (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, detecting and identifying business opportunities, developing the customer portfolio and relationships with potential customers

  • Proactive development and implementation of direct sales measures to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals of the sales team

  • Actively promote and develop existing and new customers through individual development activities

  • Interface and coordination with the entire sales team

  • Generate customer loyalty by maintaining good relationship with customers throughout the contractual period

  • Targeted and constant forecasting business opportunities according to pipeline and sales figures about potential customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or above

  • Minimum 5-year professional experience in direct sales and new customer business

  • Solid social connections and contacts in medium-sized as well as large multinational companies, ideally with Chinese background

Legal Specialist

 - Europe Region (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of agreements, with a primary focus on telecom-related services, information technology solutions, computerized networking systems layout and development, software installation, license and support, equipment maintenance, and other professional services agreements. Advise on legal, finance and business considerations associated with those commercial transactions

  • Assist in developing and implementing improvements to business processes to support the contracting process and ongoing compliance

  • Lead contract cycle management through close-out, including contract modifications, compliance with contractual terms

  • Support headquarters in carrying out company legal matters for Europe Region

  • Advise internal clients of company processes, contract status, and make recommendations based on company policies and standards

  • Interact daily and/or frequently with executive management, supervisors/team leaders, functional peer groups

  • Participate in special projects within the Global Legal Department to develop, implement and enhance processes and policies that improve transaction velocity, efficiency and standardization without material increase in risk

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an attorney/in-house legal/contract manager

  • Strong planning and project management capability

  • Team player who is positive, flexible and enthusiastic, and who displays initiative

  • Good command of spoken and written English and German. Mandarin language skills as nice-to-have

  • Ideally working experience in telecommunications or related industry

 Intern - Presales Engineer

  • On-site support for sales engineer regarding customer requirements and client visits

  • Customer requirement analysis and project technical feasibility study

  • Support sales engineers for negotiation with clients, under different technical angles

  • Supplier’s development and management, focusing on European telecommunication market

  • Project launch support for organizing the internal and external kick off meeting in collaboration with the customer, the sales, the network engineer, and project team

Requirements:

  • Academical background in Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science / Electricity Information Engineering or equivalent majors

  • A self-motivated team player with interpersonal skills, quick adaption to a face-pace environment

  • Intern experience in telecommunication market as nice-to-have

  • Fluent language skills in English, German and Mandarin

Project Manager - Hungary (m/f/x)

  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for end-end customer service experience

  • Responsible for project delivery to customers, to guarantee deliver the projects in time andin budget

  • Engage post-sales stage for Global Data Service and manage the customers when service getissue

  • Work with various internal and CMI local companies for order activation and testing

  • Professional project management and regular update to customer about order installationstatus

  • Provide regular order implementation report for management review

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalentmajors

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT & Telecom service delivery based in Hungary local market

  • Technical knowledge in IP network design and configuration, including routing and switching,WAN/LAN, WIFI, NAS, Firewall, etc.

  • Excellent teamwork skills, ability to work across virtual global teams, self-motivated and ableto work under pressure

  • Excellent project management skills and communication skills

  • Self-motived team player with quick adaptation to dynamic environment

  • Fluent language skills in both English and Mandarin

  • ITIL or CCIE certificate and any technical certificate in networking technology is an advantage

Junior Sales Engineer (m/f/x)

  • Strategic participation in industrialized solution architecture for CMI Europe Region

  • Participate in technical SLA and contract negotiation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors

  • Minimum 2-year of experience in IT & Telecom market

  • Solid knowledge in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IP VPN, especially familiar with ICT, Cloud and IDC are preferred

  • Experience in ICT pre-sales support or related is an advantage

  • Experience to work in overseas countries is a plus•Good project management skill and communication skill

  • Excellent self-motived team player and quick adapt to dynamic environment
