Description:
In compliance with all internal and external regulations, accountable for guaranteeing the accurate and prompt transportation of information and freight by air. Building and sustaining connections with warehouses, customers, and carriers is also necessary to ensure that items are delivered on time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor, tracing, and keep track of Air Import cargo from “A-Z”.
• Obtain shipment information, manage all paperwork for cargo release, and enter data for every shipment.
• When managing shipments, communicate with the transportation provider and the ground handling agency.
• Ensure easy contact with clients, shipping companies, foreign representatives, suppliers, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility in terms of scheduling (ability to work weekends and holidays)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
