Recently, the Economy and Information Technology Department of Zhejiang announced the proposed list of four-star and five-star provincial parks for micro and small enterprises for 2024. Keqiao District's Science and Technology Park, the city's sole production-oriented service park, successfully retained its five-star status after reassessment.

As a national-level technology business incubator, the park has prioritized industries such as next-generation information technology, new materials, and biopharmaceuticals in recent years. By focusing on key factors essential to enterprise growth, it has enhanced its business incubation services through financial empowerment, targeted policy support, industry-academia-research collaboration, and specialized "Tech+" services. These initiatives have created an ideal ecosystem for the development of micro and small enterprises.
作为国家级科技企业孵化器，近年来，科技园重点围绕新一代信息技术、新材料、生物医药等产业发展导向，聚焦企业发展要素，着力强化育企服务，通过金融深化赋能、政策精准直达、产学研一体建设、“科创+”特色服务等，持续构筑小微企业最优发展生态。
The park is now home to over 70 high-level professionals at various tiers and more than 80 talent-driven technology companies, including Jinmo Environmental Technology, Xunshi Technology, and Tsaihua Technology. Among these are three national-level specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprises, five provincial-level specialized and innovative SMEs, 27 national high-tech enterprises, and 48 provincial-level technology-based SMEs. The park's influence in talent attraction, industrial leadership, and innovation continues to grow.
当前，园区已拥有各类高层次人才70余名，集聚津膜环境科技、迅实科技、材华科技等人才科技企业80余家，其中国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业3家，省级专精特新中小企业5家，国家高新技术企业27家，省科技型中小企业48家，人才辐射力、产业引领力、创新策源力持续提升。
This successful reassessment lays a solid foundation for the Keqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone (Golden Keqiao Sci-Tech City) to elevate its platform capabilities and build a first-class innovation ecosystem. Moving forward, the zone will stay focused on its "No.1 Project" of driving digital economic innovation while pursuing high-quality development in manufacturing. It will work to strengthen specialized platforms for the healthy development of micro and small enterprises, standardize construction practices, ensure resource availability, enhance management services, and improve incentive mechanisms. The ultimate goal is to advance the standardized, innovative, green, and secure development of micro and small enterprises, positioning the park as a flagship achievement of Zhejiang's "Important Window" initiative.
此次复评通过，为柯桥经开区（金柯桥科技城）创优更高平台能级、营造一流科创生态提供了坚实支撑。接下来，柯桥经开区（金柯桥科技城）将始终坚持以数字经济创新提质“一号工程”为牵引，围绕制造业高质量发展目标，持续建强小微企业健康发展的特色化基础平台，规范建设标准、加强要素保障、提升管理服务、增强激励引导，促进小微企业规范、创新、绿色、安全发展，努力把小微企业园打造成为展示“重要窗口”的标志性成果。
