春节假期,早起不用洗面奶、闹钟叫不醒、醒了不叠被......这些“妈见打”的犯懒时刻你是不是也有过?
今天要告诉各位“懒人”一个好消息——有些看起来偷懒的生活小习惯,实则却很健康哦!
01
闹钟响了再睡会儿
闹钟响了不立马起床,看似是在“赖床”,其实是你的身体在慢慢苏醒!
科学研究发现,和直接起床的人相比,闹钟响后再赖会儿床(小睡30分钟)能显著改善认知能力,包括算数速度、情景记忆力等都更好了。
Scientific research has found that compared to those who get up immediately, people who hit the snooze button and take a short nap (30 minutes) after their alarm goes off can significantly improve their cognitive abilities, including faster arithmetic speed and better episodic memory.
同时,小睡还能提高早晨的皮质醇水平,让你起床后更加警觉,心情更愉悦!
Additionally, a short nap can also increase morning cortisol levels, making you more alert and in a better mood after you wake up.
但是!要注意可千万别睡过了头......
02
起床不叠被子
研究表明,人在每晚睡觉时流失的液体最多可达1升。
如果起床立刻叠被子,和人体接触的那面就会被层层压在最里面,而积累了一晚的温度和湿度,可能就成了螨虫的培养皿。
Studies show that a person can lose up to 1 liter of fluid each night during sleep. If you immediately make your bed after getting up, the side of the duvet that has been in contact with your body will be compressed inside, and the heat and humidity accumulated overnight could potentially become a breeding ground for mites.
起床后,可以直接将被子与身体接触的一面翻过来,晾一晾,让水分蒸发出去。
After waking up, you can turn the side of the duvet that has been in contact with your body outwards to air it out, allowing the moisture to evaporate.
03
每天午睡20分钟
研究发现和喝咖啡相比,午睡带来的提神醒脑作用更显著,效率提高更佳,同时还能很好稳定一下午的情绪。
Research has found that compared to drinking coffee, taking a nap has a more significant effect on invigorating the mind, improving efficiency, and stabilizing emotions throughout the afternoon.
重要的是,哪怕只是眯着躺一会,大脑都能得到休息。

买回家的肉和鸡蛋不清洗
买回家的肉,特别是生鸡肉,可能携带致病菌,直接冲水的时候,溅开的水花会让致病菌污染整个水池,甚至厨房,得不偿失啊。美国农业部数据显示,哪怕洗完鸡肉清洗了水槽,14%的水槽中仍有细菌。
其实,煮熟它就是最好的杀菌过程啦。
Meat, especially raw chicken, may carry pathogenic bacteria. When rinsed directly under running water, the splashing can spread these bacteria throughout the sink and even the kitchen. Data from the United States Department of Agriculture shows that even after washing chicken and cleaning the sink, 14% of sinks still have bacteria. In fact, cooking it thoroughly is the best sterilization process.
此外,买回来的鸡蛋也不建议清洗。
鸡蛋表面有保护膜封住气孔,防止细菌侵入,清洗反而会破坏这层膜,增加污染风险。同时,鸡蛋可能携带病菌,不宜直接放冰箱。
因此,可以把鸡蛋装进袋子里再放入冰箱,如果表面不干净,简单擦拭一下即可。
这些虽然看似偷懒,却无形中让细菌处在了密闭的环境里,既不会进入蛋壳,也不会侵入冰箱。吃的时候,再清洗一下就好啦。
05
用完洗衣机不关门
刚洗完衣服的洗衣机内部,是比较潮湿的环境,非常有利于微生物(特别是霉菌)的繁殖。这会影响并污染下一次清洗的衣物。
The interior of a washing machine right after the clothes have been washed is a damp environment, which is very conducive to the proliferation of microorganisms, especially molds. This can contaminate the clothes in the next wash.
最简单有效的方法,就是洗完衣服保持洗衣机盖子是打开的状态,让内部自然风干。

早上不用洗面奶
洗脸,其实就是用洗面奶中的表面活性剂把脸部各类污垢清洁掉。
早晨醒来如果脸部不油,可以根据个人的皮肤状况和习惯选择是否使用洗面奶。
If your face isn't oily upon waking up in the morning, you can choose whether or not to use a facial cleanser based on your skin condition and personal habits.
特别对于干性或敏感性的皮肤,可能没有那么多油脂是需要去除的!经过一夜的休息,脸上只有自然分泌的油脂,过度使用清洁能力强的洗面奶,反而会让皮肤屏障受损。
07
洗澡时间短冲冲就出来
洗澡时间长=洗得干净?NO!
洗澡时间太长,对身体并没有好处。人的皮肤表层会有一层屏障,过度清洁,导致其受损,就会引起皮肤的干燥和瘙痒。
而且长时间在密闭的空间里用热水洗澡,会导致氧气被消耗,可能出现大脑缺氧,甚至引发心血管疾病。
Spending too long in the shower is not beneficial for your body. The skin has a protective barrier on its surface, and over-cleansing can damage this barrier, leading to dryness and itching. Moreover, spending a long time in an enclosed space using hot water can deplete oxygen, potentially causing brain hypoxia and even triggering cardiovascular diseases.
最好的洗澡时间,是在10—15分钟,刚好是唱完两三首歌的时间~
08
内裤袜子丢进洗衣机
洗衣服主要是为了去污和消毒,能不能洗干净的关键因素包括高温、强力揉搓和有效的洗涤剂。
洗衣机在清洗衣物时,不仅能做到搅拌、摔打和反复揉搓,而且配合有效的洗涤剂,完全可以清洗干净。
德国某大学的一项研究显示,在20.5°C 的水中,只要清洗15分钟,就能消灭99%以上的微生物,而手洗反而可能增加衣物间的交叉感染。
A study conducted by a German university shows that at a water temperature of 20.5°C, simply washing for 15 minutes can eliminate over 99% of microorganisms, while hand washing may increase the risk of cross-contamination between clothes.
但如果有以下几点可就不建议这样做了:
1、有脚气或其他传染性皮肤病,就不要把衣物一股脑扔进洗衣机了;
2、公共的洗衣机要注意,比如学校的洗衣机做混洗;
3、以及要记得及时清洗洗衣机哦。
