这是一则招聘启事，但在介绍岗位详情之前，我们邀请你先了解我们。前段时间我们的创始人张玫在视频中分享了她在创业时候走的第一条路线，回到云南的藏族村子迪麻洛，找到了当年的当地向导阿洛，向大家讲述WildChina碧山的起源故事。

那次旅行之后，张玫确定了她心目中想要的，WildChina的旅行方式：找到更多像阿洛这样的当地人，把当地的生活传递出去，既让人感到有接地气的体验，又有体贴的服务热情；既能够让人不觉得自己是游客，而是觉得自己“回家”了，但是在此过程中又能够突破对这个家的想象。

• Designing and operating customized travel programs for WildChina’s clientele

工作职责：

• 作为项目的最终决策者，负责客户服务管理，项目团队管理，供应商合作管理整个项目上下游的全流程管理

• 领导团队设计开发面向企业客户与企业家的to B端出行类定制产品，组建项目管理团队，协同合作完成项目的落地执行

• 以创意赋能目的地，用体验式活动引导参与者思考个人与企业团队的关系，最大化团队出行的价值传递

• 项目内容主要集中于：以目的地为核心的创意类体验活动，高管会议商旅，商业考察及出入境参访交流等

• 制定细分领域项目的标准操作流程，确保达到碧山水准的执行

资格和经验：

• 本科及以上学历，优先考虑具有海外经历的候选人

• 对接业务团队，理解业务流程，收集、整理相关数据

Full-time

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Is responsible for managing project teams and making key project decisions where needed 

• Is responsible for maintaining safety and academic standards on their projects 

• Designs and refines itineraries and timetables, activities, as well as creating equipment lists 

• Either trains and leads programs on the ground (for large, new, or otherwise key projects) or is responsible for briefing and training freelancer program leaders with the goal of making sure WCE standards and client expectations are clear and setting the on-the-ground staff up for success 

• Works with the project team to help anticipate and resolve issues based on their on-the-ground experience 

• Works with the Project Coordinator to help clarify and manage client expectations 

• Works with the Operator to select suppliers and ensure they have a clear understanding of our and our clients’ expectations, as well as to ensure equipment and materials are purchased and arrive in time

Requirements:

• A strong client service orientation, with good written and verbal communication skills

• A proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment whilst remaining level-headed under pressure

• A proven ability to be able to manage a project team and give support when needed

• A responsible, professional and highly motivated team player, proactive in meeting client needs

• Design and Development: Design and develop engaging and effective learning aids, including graphics, layouts, and overall design aesthetics.

• Content Review: Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of the content received from Project Leaders, with a special focus on checking and refining English language use.

• Adherence to Standards: Follow design standards and guidelines set by the Co-Head of Operations to maintain consistency and quality across all materials.

  
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has Relevant Experience: Experience in graphic design, particularly in educational content or publishing.

• Has Strong Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in English with the ability to edit and refine content for clarity and effectiveness.

• Is Proficient in Design Software: Strong skills in basic design software, in particular Canva.

• Possesses a Keen Eye for Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all content is accurate and well-presented.

• Communicates Effectively: Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and understand their needs.

• Is Organized and Efficient: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Shanghai Based 

2-6 months, 3-5 days/week

• Assisting with the content creation for Beyond Classrooms and WildChina Education’s Chinese social platforms (wechat, wechat channel and Xiaohongshu) and its other brands 

• Assisting with the content creation for Beyond Classrooms and WildChina Education’s English social platforms (Linkedin and Youtube) and its other brands 

• Designing on Canva and video editing

• Assisting with translation and creating bilingual content

• Collaborating with the business development team to help promote new projects for WildChina Education clients

• Assisting with the planning and execution of Marketing campaigns and events

  
  

Requirements:

• Based in Shanghai 

• Good knowledge of Chinese social media platforms (esp. Xiaohongshu)

• Good English speaking and writing skills

• Self-driven, ability to work under deadlines and submit work in a timely manner

• Background in Marketing and/or advertising

• Good designing and video editing sense

• Passionate for experiential education and cross cultural exchange

• Craft compelling content for WildChina Education' LinkedIn page, website, newsletter, and YouTube channel

• Collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies

• Assist in designing marketing materials and editing videos

• Translate Chinese documents/collaterals with AI assistance and proofread the English

• Potentially join client-facing roles on some of our trips

• Requirements:

• Native English speaker with strong writing skills

• Proficiency in managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram

• Ability to provide insights and guidance on marketing materials in a native English context

• Proficiency in marketing material design and video editing is a plus
