启动仪式由德国总部项目负责人Mubarak Hammad先生与中国区项目负责人陈丹女士联合主持。Mubarak先生详细阐述了OnePM全球标准化管理的核心目标，包括项目成员角色、管理系统和交付物的一致性。他表示：“中国市场作为首个推广地区，是我们全球战略的重要组成部分。”陈丹女士补充介绍了中国团队在过去三年多以来，推行亚太区汽车项目开发流程（PDP）中的具体成果，展示了中国团队高效协作与积极变革的步伐，并给出了与总部OnePM平台进一步对接的进度计划。该平台预计于2025年在中国区域上线运行。
The launch event was led by Mr. Mubarak Hammad from Rosenberger’s German headquarters and Ms. Danffee Chen, the Chinese project leader. Mr. Hammad explained OnePM’s global goals: consistent roles, systems, and deliverables across all projects. “China is the first market to roll out this platform, and it’s a key part of our global strategy,” he said. Ms. Chen further elaborated on the achievements of the Chinese team over the past three years in implementing the Asia-Pacific Automotive Project Development Process (PDP). She highlighted the team's efficient collaboration and proactive strides in driving change while presenting the roadmap for further integration with the headquarters' OnePM platform. The platform is scheduled to go live in the China region by 2025.
