1.    H.R.863 — 118th Congress (2023-2024)To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit a publishing house from knowingly furnishing sexually explicit material to a school or an educational agency, to prohibit Federal funds from being provided to a school that obtains or an educational agency that distributes sexually explicit material, and for other purposes.

关于禁止出版社有意地向学校或者教育部门提供明显的性方面的材料。

2.    9. H.R.794 — 118th Congress (2023-2024)To eliminate the COVID-19 vaccine and mask requirement in head start programs.Sponsor: Joyce, David P. [Rep.-R-OH-14] (Introduced 02/02/2023) Cosponsors: (4) 

关于解除COVID-19 疫苗和口罩的要求。

3.    14. H.R.772 — 118th Congress (2023-2024)To prohibit the Federal Government from issuing vaccine passports, to prohibit businesses from discriminating against patrons and customers by requiring documentation certifying COVID-19 vaccination, or post-transmission recovery, as a condition on the provision of products or services, and for other purposes.

关于禁止联邦政府发放疫苗通行证，禁止商务部门要求顾客提供新冠疫苗或者感染后状态的证明文件。

4.    20. H.R.736 — 118th Congress (2023-2024)To require elementary and middle schools that receive Federal funds to obtain parental consent before changing a minor child's gender markers, pronouns, or preferred name on any school form or allowing a child to change the child's sex-based accommodations, including locker rooms or bathrooms. 

关于要求接受联邦资金的中小学在任何表格上修改孩子性别记录、代名词、或名称，或者允许孩子改变基于性别的设施（包括更衣室和厕所）要求时获得家长同意。

5.    22. H.R.734 — 118th Congress (2023-2024)To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth. 

修改 1972 年的教育修正案，规定为了确定在体育运动中是否符合该法案的第九条，性别应仅根据一个人出生时的生殖生物学和遗传学来识别。

6.    32. H.R.684 — 118th Congress (2023-2024)To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit the award of Federal funds to institutions of higher education that employ instructors funded by the Chinese Communist Party, and for other purposes. 

修正1965年高等教育法案，禁止将联邦资金授予聘用中国共产党资助的教师的高等教育机构， 以及用于其他目的。

11.  37. H.R.653 — 118th Congress (2023-2024)To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to award grants to eligible entities to establish, expand, or support school-based mentoring programs to assist at-risk middle school students with the transition from middle school to high school. 

修改1965年中小学教育法案，向符合条件的实体提供赠款，以建立、扩大或支持学校的辅导计划，以帮助高危中学生从初中过渡到高中。
