 1、CRM暴力犯罪和敲诈勒索科实习  

• Job: Law Student Volunteer (Summer 2025)

• Qualifications:

  (1) Excellent research and writing skills are required.

  (2) Classes in criminal procedure, criminal law, and evidence are recommended.

• Working Hours (minimum requirement): 16 hours per week for part-time and 35-40 hours per week for full-time for the full semester.

• Notice: Prior to finalizing an appointment, all interns are required to undergo a security check, which includes a name and fingerprint clearance with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and a determination of suitability for employment based on the information a candidate provides in the security form.

• Qualifications：

  (1) Applicants must be in their first year of law school (second semester) or beyond.

  (2) Applicants should have:

  🔹a strong academic background;

  🔹excellent research, writing, and

  communication skills;

  🔹a strong interest in criminal law, particularity in the areas of asset forfeiture, money laundering, or financial investigations.

• Working Duration: 8 weeks (10 weeks preferred), full-time or part-time (at least 20 hours/week).

• Qualifications:

  (1) Interns must be enrolled in an accredited law school and must have:

  🔹a strong academic background;

  🔹excellent research and writing skills;

  🔹interest in criminal justice;

  🔹experience with or interest in computers, telecommunications networks or other emerging technologies.

  (2) Summer and semester interns must have completed at least one year of law school and be willing to work full-time with the Section.

  (3) Summer interns must commit to working at least eight weeks. Academic semester interns must commit to at least 30 hours per week through a formal externship program.

• Notice: An offer of a position as a law student intern is contingent on completion of a security clearance.

  7、CRM欺诈科实习

• Qualifications:Internships are open to first (second semester only), second, and third-year law students.

• Working Duration:  8-12 weeks

  (1)Summer legal internships are full time.

  (2)The Section also encourages applications for full-time positions during the academic semesters, though most semester-based legal internships are part-time and require a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
