当前，我国成品油价格正迎来今年的第22轮调整。按照10个工作日一调的规则，目前调整周期已过9日，油价下跌的态势虽有所减弱，但整体下跌格局未变。本轮油价调整过程跌宕起伏，从初期的下跌60元/吨，到中期的160元/吨，再回调至140元/吨。尽管跌幅有所收窄，但鉴于调整窗口即将于11月6日24时开启，本轮油价下调几乎已成定局。届时，全年油价格局将呈现“9涨9跌4搁浅”，整年趋势重回下跌。

新一轮油价调整将在2024年11月06日24时开启，距离油价调整还有1天时间，目前油价跌幅远超下调标准线100元/吨，车友们，相互转达，明晚过后再加油！加满一箱92号汽油也就能省不到2元左右。

近期油价上涨的动力主要源自两方面：一是“OPEC+”中的8个成员国决定延长减产措施，并重申将严格遵守减产目标，同时欧佩克推迟了增产计划；二是美国10月非农就业数据远低于预期，引发市场对经济前景的担忧，加之部分地区紧张局势升级，推高了油价。

然而，油价下跌的潜力同样不容忽视。一方面，阿联酋表示即使油价下跌也将增产，计划未来几年将石油产量提升至每日500万桶；另一方面，全球经济表现远不及预期，需求疲软、非农数据不佳以及国内政策效果有限等因素，均对油价构成下行压力。

因此，个人认为短期内油价可能因国际动荡而有所上涨，但长期来看，全球经济的不振以及阿联酋等国的增产计划将有效遏制油价上涨势头。
