站在农民角度，关注三农，大家好！2024年一转眼已经来到11月中旬，随着12月份的日益临近，最近有一个话题登上热搜！民政部针对离婚、结婚登记制定各项新规，这从另外一个角度也为我们表明，年轻男女们的婚恋生活、婚恋观正在发生很大的变化！特别是这些年，有很多年轻人外出打工，有些处朋友的男女就开始选择同居生活。这要放在以前，绝对是不敢想象的事，可是放到现在就有些司空见惯了！
咱们且不论结婚前选择同居这样的做法对不对，这起码说明现在年轻男女的生活观念要比之前更开放了！那么从法律的角度来看，非夫妻关系的男女同居生活真的就没有任何风险吗？实际情况可不像大家想象的那样！起码以下几种情况，一旦被查到后，或将面临十分严重的后果！具体情况，咱们一起说一说！
情况1：非夫妻关系的男女选择同居生活，必须以自愿为前提；
老道说：非夫妻关系的男女，要选择同居生活必须要以自愿为前提，不能出现强迫行为！哪怕是出于婚恋关系的男女，也不能强迫另一方同居！如果出现此种情况，这种行为就已经涉嫌违法！所以，非夫妻关系的男女同居生活必须要以自愿为前提，否则就是违法！
情况2：非夫妻关系的男女双方必须都是未婚状态；
老道说：选择同居生活的男女双方，不仅要以自愿为前提，男女双方必须要处于单身状态！任何一方都不能存在已婚的情况，如果有一方是已婚状态，或者是双方都是已婚状态，那么此种行为一旦被发现就将面临十分严重的后果！有些人就是为了贪图一时的刺激，葬送了家庭！最终家庭破裂，自己也是人财两空什么都没得到！
情况3：非夫妻关系的男女同居生活，必须以感情为基础条件；
老道说：非夫妻关系的男女选择同居生活，有一个最为重要的基础条件就是感情！双方必须处于恋爱关系，如果是非恋爱关系，单纯以金钱交易选择同居生活，很有可能就已经触法律了！例如：卖淫嫖娼等等！此种行为甚至会造成十分恶劣的社会影响，这一点咱们一定要多多注意！
情况4：非夫妻关系的男女同居生活，双方必须都是成年人；
老道说：选择同居生活的男女，必须是成年人，如果有一方是未成年人，或者双方都是未成年人，都是不允许同居生活的！我国制定了《未成年人保护法》，未成年人的监护人有监护义务。不过这种情况发生的比较少，老道就不过多赘述了。
经济在发展，时代在变迁，年轻人的生活观念，生活方式我们不过多评论！不过在婚姻大事上，甭管在什么时代都要仔细考量！特别家里有女孩的，除非已经见了家长，并且已经开始谈婚论嫁了，同居生活自然无可厚非！除此之外，能不要婚前同居就尽量不要婚前同居！虽然这个观念有些传统，但是这也是老道的肺腑之言！
