课程目标：
This training combines both parts (Expert and Provisional Assessor) in one training.
The training teaches detailed model knowledge of the Automotive SPICE® v4.0 PAM
to support the implementation of the PAM in projects or organizations.
to act as a Co-Assessor in official assessments.
The interpretation of the VDA Automotive SPICE® Guidelines v2.0 regarding content and rating rules is included.
Participants will be able to support
the process improvement in the organization and the proper preparation of the people involved in assessments
the internal evaluation of projects from the organization and to contribute in official assessments.
Both parts are mandatory for becoming an intacs® Certified Provisional Assessor.
It is also possible to attend only part 1 of this training to become an intacs® Certified Process Expert.

Understanding the Automotive SPICE® v4.0 processes (Base+SYS+SWE) incl. Guideline and Exercises
Capability Levels, process attributes and generic practices
Process Improvement
Exam preparation Part 1
Deepening the understanding of the Automotive SPICE® v4.0 processes and Capability Levels by presenting homework exercises (to be done between part 1 and part 2 of this training, e.g. 4th day afternoon or weekend)
Deepening the understanding of Capability Levels
Understanding VDA Automotive SPICE® Guidelines v2.0 regarding rating rules
Understanding the assessment process incl. - planning (assessment plan, briefing, tooling, …)- work product reviews (sampling, …)- interviews (question and listening techniques, note taking)- reporting (feedback session, assessment report)
