1⃣️ Livestreamer，全职远程工作，15-25k/月
1. Livestream Setup and Management
o Build and set up live streaming environments from the ground up, including technical setup and content planning.
o Ensure high-quality video and audio production during live streams.
2. Content Creation and Sales
o Host engaging live streams that effectively showcase our footwear products and drive sales.
o Utilize strong sales techniques to convert viewers into customers and achieve impressive sales metrics.
o Understand and apply live streaming sales logic and core strategies to optimize stream effectiveness.
3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
o Analyze and report on live stream performance, including sales data, viewer engagement, and overall effectiveness.
o Make data-driven decisions to improve future live streams and sales outcomes.
4. Internal Communication and Collaboration
o Work closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and strategies.
o Adapt to the fast-paced environment of a startup, maintaining effective communication and collaboration with team members.
Qualifications:
• Native English speaker with exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in building and managing live streaming environments, with successful sales performance.
• Background in consumer product live streaming, preferably with experience in apparel, footwear, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of live streaming sales strategies and effectiveness metrics.
• Excellent internal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
2⃣️Business analyst，兼职远程工作，250-500元/时
Principal responsibilities
1.Be embedded alongside delivery teams to support the timely usage of features and ctionality to our customers. This role family works alongside local markets and Transformation to ensure business operations and customers are ready to consume digital and regulatory change.
2.Collaborate and drive the change implementation activities within region /market, including business readiness assessment (i.e. avoiding multiple change clashes), implementation pilot (including approach and checklists) and actual implementation (including reporting status and issues).
3.Manage the people aspect of change, in particular looking to maximise adoption and usage, and minimise resistance.
4.Apply structured change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
5.Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
6.Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.7.Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
8.Develop detailed change plans to track progress.
9.Develop clear and concise communication materials (emails/release notes) to varying audiences, ranging from senior stakeholders,within WCL Services and end users.
10.Experienced with data visualization tools such as Power Bl, project management tools such as Jira/confluence.
11.Be able to create summary docs from elaborate design, project/process documents and confluence pages.
12.Ability to analyze data sets using advanced excel techniques/ other analytical tool.
