招聘岗位-业务拓展经理（全职）

岗位职责
1. 制定并执行公司业务发展战略，实现公司在欧洲市场的业务目标和增长计划；
2. 负责寻找、开发和维护潜在客户，建立并拓展长期合作关系；
3. 深入了解支付行业和监管环境，确保公司业务在法规框架内运营；
4. 跟踪市场趋势，分析竞争对手的动态，并提出相应的市场推广建议；
5. 协调内部团队资源，确保项目按时、高质量地完成；
6. 提供专业的支付解决方案咨询，根据客户需求定制最佳方案。

能力要求
1. 本科（HBO）及以上学历，金融、市场营销、商业管理专业背景优先；
2. 能够从事金融领域的工作，无犯罪或失信记录；
3. 具备支付行业的业务拓展或销售经验，有成功的业务发展案例；
4. 对数字支付和金融科技充满热情，熟悉监管政策和市场动态；
5. 流利的英语口语和书写能力，熟练掌握其它外语优先，例如德语、法语、西班牙语等；
6. 出色的沟通、谈判和演讲技能，能够与不同层次的客户和合作伙伴建立良好关系。

Business Development Manager (Full-time)
As YabandPay experiences dynamic growth, we are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. If you possess exceptional business development skills, excellent communication abilities, and thrive in a collaborative team environment, this represents an exciting opportunity to advance your career in the fintech industry.

Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute the company's business development strategy, achieving business goals and growth plans in the European market.
2. Identify, develop, and maintain potential clients, establishing and expanding long-term partnerships.
3. Gain in-depth knowledge of the payment industry and regulatory environment, ensuring the company operates within regulatory frameworks.
4. Monitor market trends, analyze competitors' dynamics, and provide corresponding market promotion suggestions.
5. Coordinate internal team resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high standards.
6. Provide professional payment solution consultations, customizing optimal solutions based on client needs.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree (HBO) or higher in finance, marketing, or business management is preferred.
2. Eligibility to work in the financial sector with no criminal or credit history issues.
3. Experience in business development or sales within the payment industry, with a track record of successful business development.
4. Passion for digital payments and fintech, familiarity with regulatory policies, and understanding of market dynamics.
5. Fluent in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in other languages such as German, French, Spanish, etc., is a plus.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and partners of different levels.
