2022年度十大天线热门文章


一、参评条件


《The Antennas Academy》年度10大天线热门文章评选活动遵循科学、严谨、公平、公正的原则,热门文章评选办法遵循下载量化与同行评审相结合的原则。参评文章需满足以下条件:


基本条件


1. 2022年正式发表在四个IEEE天线期刊上(TAP,AWPL, OJAP, APM)
2. 须为本年度原创文章 (特邀文章与综述文章除外)
3. 进入本年度相关期刊网站的Top 50 popular榜单(任意一个月)
4. 全部作者为华人


下载量条件


5. 在本年度中某一个月度或某两个月度(取最大值)内被读者广泛下载:
TAP: 单月下载超过450次或双月下载超过700次,共16篇文章满足条件
AWPL:单月下载超过700/2次或双月下载超过500次,共8篇文章满足条件
OJAP:单月下载超过500/2次或双月下载超过400次,共12篇文章满足条件
APM:单月下载超过400/2次或双月下载超过300次,共2篇文章满足条件


二、评选原则


1. 论文评审以学术创新性和工作影响力为主要依据,共评选10篇年度热门文章(5篇TAP,3篇AWPL,1篇OJAP与1篇APM)。
2. 同行评审分为青年专家评审与资深专家评审两级。青年评审委员会由年龄不超过三十周岁及具有博士学位的优秀青年专家组成,资深专家评审委员会由享有声誉的权威资深专家(IEEE Fellow)组成。两级评审委员会均至少包括一名工业界专家。
3. 基于参评条件确定的讨论名单,每名青年评审委员可至多额外提名1篇满足基本条件的优秀文章进入讨论名单,经由青年评审委员会讨论并按照2:1的比例确定入围名单;基于入围名单,每名资深评审委员可至多额外提名1篇满足基本条件的遗珠文章进入入围名单,并由资深专家评审委员会讨论确定入选名单。
