本期营会将围绕
“食物通过什么方式安全过冬”
这一主题开展PBL项目式学习。
以“谷味”、“醇味”、“腊味”、“野味”、“甘味”
为每日探究课题,
学习挖红薯窖、烟熏、真空包装,
腌制、晾晒、密封等多种食物“冬藏”方法,
让孩子们在趣味的探究实践中,
了解冬藏的自然规律、传统习俗,
学会实用的食物保存方法。
同时,将英语学习和冬藏文化深度融合,
让孩子通过真实的英语场景应用,
体会英语学习的乐趣,
磨耳朵、练口语,提升英语表达能力。

01 双语活动体验,爱上英文表达
Bilingual Activity Experience. Full of International Flair
每日一堂英语前置课堂,集中学习当日“食物冬藏”课题的相关英文单词、语言表达,在实践活动中反复运用,高频表达交流,并在每日的“分享会”上尝试用英语表达当日所学食物冬藏的过程、方法及心得,让孩子们在沉浸式的应用场景中爱上英文表达。
A daily pre-class English session will focus on learning relevant English vocabulary and expressions related to that day's "Winter Preservation" topic. These terms and phrases will be repeatedly used in practical activities and high-frequency expressions during communication. In the daily "Sharing Session," children will have the opportunity to express in English the process, methods, and insights of winter preservation they learned that day, allowing them to fall in love with English expression in an immersive environment.
02 PBL项目制教学,“干”劲十足
PBL Project-based Learning. Full of Critical Thinking
营会以PBL项目制学习为主,以学生为中心,小组老师担任的角色是问题提出者、安全保障者和协助者。
The camp focuses on PBL, with a student-centered approach. The role of the group teachers is to act as problem proposers, safety guardians, and facilitators.
营会导师团队会为孩子们提前准备好图文资料、笔记本电脑、打印机、及项目实施过程中可能会需要的物资物料、跑腿采购后勤,孩子们需要根据项目主题,自主收集整理资料,通过小组研究、讨论和创造来找到解决方案,拟定分工及实施步骤,最后做项目成果的分享与反馈。
The camp’s teachers team will prepare illustrated materials, laptops, printers, and any supplies or resources that might be needed during the project implementation process, as well as handle errands and logistics. Based on the project theme, children will independently collect and organize information, conduct group research, discussions, and creative problem-solving to find solutions. They will determine task division and implementation steps, culminating in the sharing and feedback of their project outcomes.
整个过程充分调动孩子们的自主学习能力,让他们在提出问题、解决问题以及寻找答案的过程中,获取知识、有效运用知识。
The entire process fully stimulates the children’s independent learning abilities, allowing them to acquire knowledge and effectively apply it as they ask questions, solve problems, and search for answers.
03 课程体系化构建,收获系统知识

整个营会以“人类与食物的发展关系” 为主线,从人类温饱期出现谷物,到人类追求味蕾享受期有了果蔬、肉食,慢慢加工食物得到美味,最后有了糖使得精神富足。
The entire camp is centered around the theme of "The Relationship Between Humans and the Evolution of Food." It starts with the emergence of grains during the period when humans sought basic sustenance, moves through the pursuit of culinary enjoyment with the introduction of fruits, vegetables, and meat, then explores the evolution of food processing for enhanced flavor, and finally culminates with the arrival of sugar, which brings spiritual fulfillment.
课程体系结构清晰,逻辑严密,使孩子收获主题明确、条理清晰的系统知识。
The curriculum is well-structured and logically rigorous, helping children gain systematic knowledge with a clear theme and logical progression.
04 自然美食烹饪,快乐满满

每日一道美食烹饪探究,不仅仅是提升厨艺那么简单,更多的是烹饪过程里所收获的快乐与满足。
Each day features a culinary exploration, which is not just about improving cooking skills, but more about the joy and satisfaction gained throughout the cooking process.
自然的美食让孩子趣味收获的不止味蕾上的满足,还有其美食背后的“冬藏”的文化含义。
The natural foods allow children to gain more than just satisfaction for their taste buds; they also learn the cultural significance of "Winter Preservation" behind these dishes.
05 英文水平阶梯分组,因材施教
English-Level Grouping. Scientific Mastery
本次营会将营员按照不同英文水平分为了高阶进击组,低阶启蒙组。
For this camp, the participants are divided into two groups based on their English proficiency: the Advanced Progress Group and the Beginner's Introduction Group.
针对高阶进击组营员,由外教老师全英式教学,沉浸式学习英语,高效提升英文水平;低阶启蒙组营员开展双语课堂教学,潜移默化中逐步掌握基础英文表达及相关语法。
For the Advanced Progress Group, the camp will offer full English instruction by foreign teachers, providing an immersive learning experience to efficiently improve English proficiency. For the Beginner's Introduction Group, bilingual classroom teaching will be provided, allowing students to gradually master basic English expressions and related grammar in a subtle and effective way.
阶梯式分组学习,打破传统的“一刀切”,因材施教,提高孩子的学习积极性。
The ladder-style grouping approach breaks away from the traditional "one-size-fits-all" model, allowing for personalized teaching that enhances children's learning motivation.

“谷味”—《谷物星球》

全球的谷物都是怎样安全过冬呢?
How do grains around the world safely survive the winter?
营会第一天的英语前置课堂,英语主教老师带领孩子们了解全球谷物种类,并掌握基本的谷物单词以及谷物烹饪的基本语句。
On the first day of the camp, the English pre-class session will be led by the English teacher, guiding the children to explore different types of grains around the world. They will also learn essential grain-related vocabulary and basic cooking phrases.
主教老师抛出问题,提供谷物,让孩子聚焦于全球谷物的不同风貌,探寻讨论思考谷物“冬藏”法。
The teacher will provide various grains and pose the question, encouraging the students to focus on the diverse characteristics of grains worldwide and engage in discussions to explore and think about methods of "Winter Preservation" for grains.

第一天的实践课,孩子们用石舀、木捶,把蒸熟的糯米和大米分别打成软糯拉丝的糍粑和年糕,在反复舂糍粑的过程中,感受冬藏文化,收获制作美食的快乐。
On the first day's practical class, the children will use stone scoops and wooden pestles to pound steamed glutinous rice and regular rice into soft, sticky rice cakes and rice dumplings. Through the repetitive process of pounding the rice cakes, they will experience the culture of winter preservation and enjoy the joy of making food.
同时,通过糍粑、年糕两大美食为媒介,带孩子探寻谷物背后蕴藏的南北方厚重乡土情结和人类饮食文明的故事。
At the same time, using rice cakes and rice dumplings as mediums, the children will explore the deep local connections between the north and south of China and learn the stories of human culinary civilization hidden behind these grains.
晚间,来一场暖冬狂欢晚会,手握热饮,载歌载舞,让烟花、音乐、星光去拉近彼此距离,欢乐不止~

There are many methods for "Winter Preservation" of fruits and vegetables, which will be revealed through PBL in the bilingual classroom.
韩式辣白菜、醇味果酱,两项食物“冬藏”法等着孩子们去探究制作体验,顺便藏入家!
Kimchi and fruit jams—two "Winter Preservation" methods—are ready for the children to explore, make, and enjoy, with the added bonus of taking them home!

晚间时分,我们会举行一场果蔬冬藏的双语辩论赛,让孩子在辩论中巩固果蔬“冬藏”的知识点。
In the evening, we will hold a bilingual debate on fruit and vegetable winter preservation, allowing the children to reinforce their knowledge of preservation methods through the debate.

"Là" (preserved meat) is a method of "Winter Preservation" for meat products. In the English class, we will use images and videos to explore the reasons behind making preserved meats in winter, learn about Chinese preserved meat culture, and master basic vocabulary and expressions related to meat products.

我们会展现出我国不同朝代的美食加工方式,用游戏化形式去探究排序出美食加工的历史“时间轴”,进一步掌握美味加工的历史与来源。
We will showcase the different methods of food processing across various Chinese dynasties, using a gamified approach to explore and arrange the "timeline" of food processing history, further understanding the origins and development of delicious food.
美味加工的历史是从“火”起源的,那么掌握一项野外生火技能也必不可少啦!一起去讨论火的作用,探究生火三要素,并使用打火石进行野外生火。
The history of food processing begins with "fire." So, learning a vital outdoor fire-making skill is essential! Let’s discuss the role of fire, explore the three key elements of fire-making, and use flint to start a fire in the wild.
生火和美食分不开,一起来分工协作做一桌暖冬美食吧,煎、炒、蒸、煮,添上特色冬藏美食,吃上一口亲自制作的晚餐,美哉!
Fire and food are inseparable, so let’s work together to prepare a warm winter meal! Fry, stir-fry, steam, boil, and add some special winter-preserved dishes. After enjoying a meal made by our own hands, what a joy!
夜晚时分,孩子们一起围坐火堆旁,煮着美味汤锅,烤着“野味”十足的美食,那一刻的满足感便油然而生了~

Through bilingual video presentations, the children will learn about the sugar-making process and appreciate the rarity and effort behind the sweet reward after hardship.
