10月15日上午，老挝丰沙里省教育和体育厅厅长蓬赛·温萨率代表团到普洱学院访问交流，普洱学院院长杨斌出席交流座谈。
On the morning of October 15th, a delegation led by Ponsay Wensa, Director of the Department of Education and Sports of Phongsaly Province, Laos, paid a visit to Pu'er University for communication and exchange. Yang Bin, President of Pu'er University, attended the meeting.
杨斌对丰沙里省教育和体育厅代表团的到来表示欢迎，他说，中老命运共同体的建设，为中老两国教育合作打开了新局面。普洱学院将持续深化与老挝丰沙里省的教育合作，希望与老挝丰沙里省教育体育厅携手加大国际化办学宣传推广，扩大留学生的生源数量，提升学生培养质量，拓展科研合作领域，切实推动双方教育教学高质量发展，同时加强与相关企业联系，强化产教融合，促进留学生高质量就业，为两国人才交流、经济产业发展贡献力量。
Yang Bin welcomed the arrival of the delegation, stating that the establishment of the China-Laos community with a shared future has created a new opportunity for educational collaboration between China and Laos.Yang noted that Pu'er University will continue to deepen its cooperative education with Phongsaly Province, Laos.He hopes to collaborate with the Department of Education and Sports of Phongsaly Province, Laos, to promote international education, increase the number of international students, improve the quality of student training, and expand research cooperation.This partnership aims to promote high-quality development in education and teaching for both sides, strengthen connections with relevant enterprises to integrate education with industry, and facilitate high-quality employment for international students, contributing to talent exchange and economic development between the two countries.
蓬赛·温萨说，中老铁路的开通双方来往更加便捷，希望普洱学院能增加老挝丰沙里省来华留学的留学生培养数量，开设相关中文培训班，帮助老挝丰沙里省培养熟悉中文的人才，进一步开展学术、人文领域等方面合作，推动双方的交流发展。
Ponsay Wensa stated that the opening of the China-Laos Railway has made travel between the two sides more convenient. He hopes that Pu’er University can increase the number of Laotian students from Phongsaly Province,Laos,offer Chinese language training programs to help cultivate talents familiar with the language.This will further promote cooperation in academic and cultural fields , and enhance exchanges and development between the two sides.
会上，观看了普洱学院宣传片，听取了普洱学院国际化办学情况介绍，与会人员围绕老挝留学生人才培养进行交流发言。
During the meeting, attendees watched a promotional video about Pu’er University and listened to an introduction about its international educational initiatives. Attendees engaged in discussions regarding the training of Laotian international students.
普洱学院相关部门、二级学院负责人以及丰沙里省的留学生参加座谈会。
Heads of relevant departments and schools of Pu’er University, along with international students from Phongsaly Province, attended the meeting.
