澳門科技大學酒店與旅遊管理學院校友會(以下簡稱"學院校友會")於7月26日至28日首次組織理監事拜訪大灣區校友企業,旨在加強校友間的聯繫,促進校企合作,並為在校生創造更多實習和就業機會。此次拜訪團由酒旅學院院長、學院校友會顧問吳國民教授帶隊,一行12人先後訪問了中山、深圳和廣州的多家校友創立或任職高管的企業。

在為期三天的行程中,訪問團首先拜訪了中山工商聯,獲市委統戰部副部長、市工商聯黨組書記郭叢樞熱情接待,雙方就把握粵港澳大灣區建設和深中通道通車重大機遇,深化交流合作促進文旅事業高品質發展進行座談交流。中山知名文旅企業家代表也一同參與座談。會後,訪問團到廣東卓梅尼技術股份有限公司參觀,深入瞭解到企業的發展歷程、研發實力、核心技術及創新專利,實地感受中山科技企業高品質發展的蓬勃生機。
此外,拜訪團還參觀了深圳安琰酒店、深圳海歸島以及廣州企領灣(廣東)企業管理有限公司。校友們熱情接待了訪問團,詳細介紹了各自企業的發展現狀、行業趨勢以及未來規劃。
在深圳安琰酒店,該酒店總經理、2011屆國旅校友高博悠為訪問團進行了詳細導覽。高博悠介紹了安琰酒店的獨特經營理念,強調了他們如何將人工智能與優質服務元素融入酒店設計與服務中,以吸引更多客源。此外還參觀了酒店式公寓——深圳灣公館。高博悠詳細介紹了如何將酒店管理的專業知識和經驗應用到房地產物業管理中。這種跨界應用展示了酒店管理技能的多樣性和適應性,為學生們展示了更廣闊的職業發展可能。

2015屆酒管校友胡南希介紹,深圳海歸島為深圳第一個海歸人才公益服務平台。自2019年4月份正式成立以來,致力於為海歸人才提供免費辦公空間,以及政策諮詢、資源對接等公益服務,解決海歸資訊不對稱、難以融入國內環境、缺乏豐富人脈資源等問題,進一步帶動擴大創業和就業,打造經濟發展新動力。她表示公司將繼續積極尋求與學院在相關領域的合作,為澳科大酒旅學院的畢業生提供更多發展機會。

在廣州,拜訪團來到了企領灣(廣東)企業管理有限公司。該公司創始人、2015屆國旅校友劉陽子詳細介紹了公司在商業運營服務領域的業務範圍和成功案例。劉陽子還分享了自己從澳科大畢業後創業的經歷,以及如何將在校所學知識轉化為創業優勢。她特別強調了大灣區發展帶來的機遇。她指出,隨著大灣區城市間聯動的加強和經濟的快速發展,商業運營服務領域對具備酒店管理背景的專業人才需求激增。這種趨勢為澳科大酒旅學院的畢業生提供了廣闊的就業前景和多元化的職業發展路徑。

多位校友表示,非常歡迎母校學弟學妹們來企業實習或工作,並承諾將為在校生提供更多的實習機會和就業指導。一些校友還提出了與學院合作開發特色課程、舉辦行業講座等建議,希望能為母校的發展貢獻自己的一份力量。
此次大灣區之行,澳科大酒店與旅遊管理學院校友會不僅安排了企業拜訪,還精心組織了三場別具意義的聯誼活動——"深圳之約"晚宴、"廣州之約"晚宴以及廣州校友會聯動午宴,為學院和校友提供了更多交流互動的機會。多位參加晚宴的校友表示,這樣的聚會形式非常難得,不僅拓寬了人脈網絡,也為未來的職業發展提供了新的思路和可能性。一些年輕校友更是表示,能夠近距離接觸到學長學姐們,聽他們分享經驗,對自己的職業規劃有很大啟發。

吳國民院長對此次拜訪給予高度評價:大灣區之行不僅增進了校友之間的了解和友誼,也為學院、在校生與業界之間搭建了重要的溝通橋樑。非常欣喜地看到眾多校友在大灣區蓬勃發展的經濟中扮演著重要角色,這無疑彰顯了澳科大酒旅學院的教育質量。學院將根據此次拜訪的收穫,進一步優化課程設置,為學生提供更多對接業界需求的專業知識和實踐機會。

Association (hereinafter referred to as the "FHTM Alumni Association ") organized the first visit by the
committee members to alumni-owned enterprises in the Greater Bay Area from July
26 to 28. The aim was to strengthen the connections among alumni, promote
school-enterprise cooperation, and create more internship and employment
opportunities for current students. The delegation, led by Professor Ben K.
Goh, Dean of the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management and honorary
advisor of FHTM Alumni Association, visited several companies founded or led by
12 alumni in Zhongshan, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou over the three-day trip.FHTM Alumni Association
representatives first visited the Zhongshan Federation of Industry and
Commerce, where they were warmly received by the Deputy Director of the United
Front Work Department of the Zhongshan Municipal Committee and the Secretary of
the Party Group of the Zhongshan Federation of Industry and Commerce. The two
sides had in-depth discussions on seizing the major opportunities presented by
the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the
opening of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge, and explored ways to deepen exchange
and cooperation to promote the high-quality development of the cultural and
tourism industry. The delegation then visited G-Technologies Co., Ltd., a
well-known technology company in Zhongshan. They gained a deeper understanding
of the company's development history, R&D capabilities, core technologies,
and innovative patents, and experienced the vibrant momentum of Zhongshan's
high-quality technological enterprises.In addition, the
delegation also visited AYEARN Hotel, Shenzhen Entrepreneurship Island for
Returned International Talents, and Cheerlink Bay. The alumni warmly received
the delegation and introduced the current status, industry trends, and future
plans of their respective companies in detail.At the AYEARN Hotel, the General Manager, Gao Boyou, a 2011
graduate of the International of Tourism Management program, gave the
delegation a detailed tour. Gao Boyou introduced the hotel's unique operating
philosophy, emphasizing how they integrate artificial intelligence and
high-quality service elements into hotel design and service to attract more
customers. The delegation also visited the hotel apartments - Shenzhen Bay
Mansion. Gao Boyou elaborated on how he applied professional knowledge and
experience in hotel management to real estate property management,
demonstrating the versatility and adaptability of hotel management skills, and
providing students with broader career development possibilities.2015 graduate of Hotel
Management program Hu Nanxi introduced the Shenzhen
Entrepreneurship Island for Returned International Talents, the first
public service platform for overseas returnees in Shenzhen. Since its official
establishment in April 2019, it has been dedicated to providing free office
space, policy consultation, and resource matching services for overseas
returnees, solving the problems of information asymmetry, difficulty in
integrating into the domestic environment, and lack of rich social resources,
and further driving entrepreneurship and employment to create new momentum for
economic development. She stated that the company will continue to actively
seek cooperation with the university in related fields to provide more
development opportunities for graduates of FHTM.The delegation went to
Cheerlink Bay in Guangzhou. The company's founder, 2015 graduate Liu Yangzi,
introduced the company's business scope and successful cases in the field of
commercial operation services in detail. Liu Yangzi also shared her entrepreneurial
experience after graduating from MUST and how she transformed the knowledge
learned from FHTM into entrepreneurial advantages. She particularly emphasized
the opportunities brought by the development of the Greater Bay Area. She
pointed out that with the strengthening of interconnection between cities in
the Greater Bay Area and the rapid economic development, the demand for
professional talents with hotel management background in the field of
commercial operation services has surged. This trend provides broad employment
prospects and diversified career development paths for graduates of FHTM.Many alumni expressed
that they warmly welcome younger schoolmates to intern or work in their
companies, and promised to provide more internship opportunities and employment
guidance for current students. Some alumni also proposed suggestions for
cooperating with FHTM to develop featured courses and organize industry
lectures, hoping to contribute to the development of the alma mater.During this trip to the
Greater Bay Area, FHTM Alumni Association not only arranged company visits, but
also carefully organized three meaningful networking events - the Shenzhen
Gathering dinner, the Guangzhou Gathering dinner, and the Guangzhou alumni lunch,
providing more opportunities for the school and alumni to exchange and
interact. Many alumni who attended the dinners said that such gathering formats
are rare, which not only expanded their social networks, but also provided new
ideas and possibilities for their future career development. Some younger
alumni even expressed that they were greatly inspired by directly interacting
with their seniors and listening to their experiences, which had a great impact

understanding and friendship among alumni, but also built an important
communication bridge between the faculty, current students, and the industry.
He was very pleased to see that many alumni are playing an important role in
the prosperous economic development of the Greater Bay Area, which undoubtedly
demonstrates the educational quality of FHTM. Based on the gains of this visit,
the faculty will further optimize the curriculum, providing students with more
professional knowledge and practical opportunities that align with industry
