项目位于福建泉州，从建筑背后的闽南古厝文明着笔，将闽南传统民居建筑灵魂注入生活。依托传统建筑形制·轴线布局，以现代化手法演绎经典记忆与感官联觉的空间体验 ，旨在现代城市的千年传承之地，塑造一座古朴、静谧、回归诗意的闽南特色院落生活园林景观。
The project is located in Quanzhou, Fujian. It starts from the ancient Minnan house civilization behind the building and injects the soul of Minnan traditional residential architecture into life. Relying on the traditional architectural form and axis layout, it interprets the spatial experience of classic memory and sensory synesthesia with modern techniques, aiming to create a simple, quiet and poetic Minnan-style courtyard life garden landscape in the millennium heritage of the modern city.
红砖古厝双飞翼，聚宝盘中燕尾长
红砖白石交错，演绎传统闽南建筑方正、古朴的古韵之美；汲取双燕归脊的元素以独特艺术造诣营造世家尊仪。
The red bricks and white stones are intertwined to interpret the square and simple ancient beauty of traditional southern Fujian architecture; the elements of the double swallows returning to the ridge are absorbed to create a noble family ceremony with unique artistic attainments.
解构传统燕尾脊坡屋顶形式，介于“具体”和“抽象”之间独特艺术的演绎。入口形似聚宝盆，寓意财富、吉祥、好运，同时还是镇宅之宝。力求建筑、景观的自然融合。
Deconstructing the traditional dovetail ridge roof form, it is a unique artistic interpretation between "concrete" and "abstract". The entrance is shaped like a treasure bowl, which means wealth, auspiciousness, good luck, and is also a treasure for the house. Strive for the natural integration of architecture and landscape.
细雨轻拂古檐角，滴水兽鸣唤旧梦。
The drizzle brushes the corners of the ancient eaves, and the cries of the dripping beasts call back old dreams.
锦鲤浮沉镜里天，飞流千尺落云间
设计灵感源自闽南古厝中的“天井”。屋顶内侧坡的雨水从四面流入中庭的锦鲤池，寓意水聚天心,天人合一的理学思想。水帘倾落，流入天井的溪流绿植，山水相融，意境悠远，静谧古朴有层次，犹如自成一派的禅意之境。精心构建一个富有在地性文化感染力的空间氛围。
The design inspiration comes from the "patio" in the ancient houses in southern Fujian. Rainwater from the inner slope of the roof flows from all sides into the koi pond in the atrium, implying the Neo-Confucian idea that water gathers in the heart of heaven and that nature and man are one. The water curtain falls and flows into the stream and green plants in the patio, where the mountains and rivers blend together, creating a far-reaching artistic conception, quiet and simple, and layered, like a unique Zen realm. Carefully construct a spatial atmosphere with local cultural appeal.
琉彩璃光映碧空，桥影横斜林色微
以红砖院墙围合的枯山水庭院静谧而悠然,夜晚灯光亮起，琉璃桥宛如翠玉浮于绿波中。构筑一幅烟雨浮桥，叠嶂秋烟的林间仙境。跨桥而入，看山水庭院,禅意自然,渡越历史的光影,感受那份独特的文脉气息。
The dry landscape courtyard surrounded by red brick walls is quiet and leisurely. When the lights are on at night, the glazed bridge is like a jade floating in the green waves. It creates a fairyland in the forest with misty floating bridges and overlapping autumn smoke. Cross the bridge and enter the landscape courtyard, which is full of Zen and nature, and feels the unique cultural atmosphere through the light and shadow of history.
草坪深锁古亭幽，石径蜿蜒接碧流
绿荫环抱下,一座具有闽南经典特色的古亭漂浮于疏林绿草间。将传统与当代，自然与雅致相结合。双燕归脊、琉璃屏风 、水石涟漪,在亭台楼阁的风韵里，轻声诉说着泉州光阴的故事。循声而去静庭而坐，曲径幽处氤氲缭绕，渲染出东方气韵的澹雅画境。
Surrounded by greenery, an ancient pavilion with classic southern Fujian characteristics floats among the sparse woods and green grass. It combines tradition with modernity, nature with elegance. The double swallows returning to the ridge, the glazed screen, and the ripples of water and rocks, in the charm of the pavilions and towers, quietly tell the story of Quanzhou's time. Following the sound, sit in the quiet courtyard, and the winding path is filled with mist, rendering an elegant painting of oriental charm.
红砖记忆里的大树剧场，唤醒了人们的对于场地的回忆以及昔日树下的生活场景。
The theater under the big tree in Red Brick Records awakens people’s memories of the venue and the life scenes under the tree in the past.
偷得浮生半日闲,人生有味是清欢
步入长廊，穿行其中，享受精致静谧的景观氛围。廊架与水面交相辉映，以泉州花窗元素设计的金属屏风，定制出专属私域感的空间场景。坐于休憩区，凭栏听风，于林间水畔，会友阅读、品茗焚香，雀鸟鸣啭，四时皆雅。
Step into the corridor and walk through it to enjoy the exquisite and quiet landscape atmosphere. The corridor and the water surface complement each other, and the metal screen designed with Quanzhou flower window elements customizes a space scene with a sense of exclusive private domain. Sit in the rest area, lean on the railing to listen to the wind, meet friends to read, drink tea and burn incense by the water in the woods, and listen to the chirping of birds, which is elegant in all seasons.
用时尚的手法表达烟火，用现代的手法表达古老，是本次设计新的思考，在进入到存量经济的今天，也是对人们生活改变后住宅产品的一次新的实践。
Using fashionable methods to express fireworks and using modern methods to express antiquity is a new thinking in this design. In today’s stock economy, it is also a new practice of residential products after people’s lives have changed.
