在中国城市化建设的峥嵘岁月中，

我们很荣幸参与并见证了时代的狂飙突进。

二十年历程，我们设计跨越中国城市发展黄金期，足迹遍布30+城市，总设计面积超500万m²，涵盖天际线、街区改造、购物中心、社区商业及办公空间，领航业界。我们坚守初心，以商业运营为核心，精雕细琢每个细节，确保项目成功运营。

设计中，我们融合文化传承与现代创意，碰撞出独特魅力，兼顾美好生活追求，让每一处设计都成为城市风景，绽放独特光彩。

深业泰富广场展示中心：在这里，解构主义不再是冰冷的建筑语言，而是化作了引领未来的生活哲学。我们打破传统商业空间的界限，以创新的视角重新诠释空间，让每一次踏入都成为一场探索未知的旅程。

SHUMYIP TAIFU Office Center ：Here, deconstructionism is no longer a cold architectural language, but has turned into a living philosophy that leads the future. We break the boundaries of traditional commercial spaces and reinterpret space from an innovative perspective, making every visit a journey of exploring the unknown.

华侨城松湖原岸：自然与艺术的和谐共生，是我们对这片土地最深的敬意。通过解构与重组，我们让室内空间与室外景观无缝衔接，仿佛每一缕风、每一片叶都在诉说着生活在松山湖的诗意。

OCT Metauthor ：The harmonious coexistence of nature and art represents our deepest respect for this land. Through deconstruction and reconstruction, we seamlessly integrate indoor spaces with outdoor landscapes, as if every breeze and every leaf whispers the poetry of life.

华侨城云瑞府：在该项目中，LB凌奔设计在水乡田园的基底上，延续质朴的建筑和人文精神，依托现代主义的理性建构框架，切入诗意的观游，构筑出疏朗阔达、内敛奢华、趣致松弛的品质空间形制。

沈阳环球汇招商中心：作为城市的地标性建筑，设计以独特的空间布局和材质运用，打造一个既彰显品牌魅力又注重客户体验的高端平台，让商业交流不仅仅是交易的达成，更是一场关于生活美学的对话。

Shenyang Universal Hub Investment Promotion Center: As a landmark building in the city, the design creates a high-end platform that not only showcases brand charm but also prioritizes customer experience through its unique spatial layout and material utilization. Here, business exchanges transcend mere transactions and become dialogues about the aesthetics of life.

成都玖珑湾：在担纲该项目的户型研发设计过程中，LB凌奔设计的美学体系得以贯彻彰显：寻求实用主义与美学的平衡感。设计师以妙悟的诗心和高超的技艺，源起现代都市的日常生活，实践关于当代审美生活的探索与创造。

Chengdu Jiulongwan: In the process of undertaking the R&D and design of the house type of this project, the aesthetic system of LB Lingben Design has been implemented and highlighted: seeking the balance between pragmatism and aesthetics. The designer, with his wonderful poetic heart and superb skills, originates from the daily life of modern cities and practices the exploration and creation of contemporary aesthetic life.

前海人寿幸福小镇：社区建筑总面积为14000㎡，是一个以“特色轻医疗”+“健康旅居”为主题打造的全龄康养社区。设计注重整体配套，竭力打造适老化、无障碍、智能化、安全及舒适的居住环境。

Qianhai Life Insurance Happiness Town: With a total community construction area of 14,000 square meters, it is an all-age wellness community created with the themes of "special light medicine" and "healthy travel and residence." The design focuses on comprehensive amenities, striving to create an aging-friendly, barrier-free, intelligent, safe, and comfortable living environment.

前海人寿惠州合院：基于对当下人居、未来康养大趋势的洞察，设计师从人本出发，追寻格调品味与时代审美的共鸣，立意打造东方诗意下的功能美学，淡雅节制，深邃禅意，与自然悄然融为一体。

Qianhai Life Insurance · Huizhou Courtyard: Based on insights into current human settlements and the major trends of future health and wellness, designers embarked on a journey centered on humanity, seeking resonance between style, taste, and contemporary aesthetics. They aspire to create a functional beauty rooted in Oriental poetry, characterized by elegance, restraint, profound Zen, and a seamless integration with nature.

E+Coffee 系列：作为前海人寿集团的专属配套咖啡厅，LB 凌奔设计担纲了E+新商业系列的设计与研发工作。每一家门店，都是我们对咖啡文化的独特诠释。E+Coffee不仅仅是繁忙工作间隙的灵感充电站，更是在传递一种生活态度——简约而不失格调，随性而充满创意。

E+Coffee series: As the exclusive supporting café of Qianhai Life Insurance Group, LB Lingben Design is in charge of the design and development of this new retail series. Each store is our unique interpretation of coffee culture. E+Coffee is not only an inspiration station during busy work, but also conveys a kind of life attitude - simple but stylish, casual but full of creativity.
