这是一个三室套房对于一个人居住，空间利用不太方便，承重墙太多，而且客厅重要位置的两边全是承重墙体使整个空间不好利用。采光差。厨房空间压抑，户型相对传统和业主的需求大相径庭。

改造要点：

打掉几乎所有非承重墙，打破限制的空间和视觉边界，形成空阔开放的流动场域。利用一面不能拆掉的承重墙作为造型墙体，弱化它的存在，让客厅氛围更轻松。利用灵活的空间布局，以及简约舒缓的微水泥材质，营造艺术且质感的空间格调。
