原始问题：
入门正对公用卫生间，餐厅空间不够， 客厅区域转角过多，动线混乱。
改造要点：
1：优化客厅电视墙过多段面，使其干净整洁。
2：进门对面区域增加了 半悬空开放盥洗间，既遮挡了卫生间门洞，也优化了客厅一字线条视角感。
3：书房利用飘窗高度做了卡座增加空间感。卫生间扩大，增加浴缸。主卧墙体移动,增加储物。
这间住宅体现了宁静的轻奢和实用的优雅，客厅采用中性色调，配有舒适的木纹色饰面和引人注目的黑色电视墙配加橘色玻璃。

入户玄关遮挡 ，规避大门对公卫门问题。
利用飘窗做成卡座，使书房整体空间感扩大也有了功能休闲区。从书房进入的备用儿童房，推拉门是书柜柜门同时也是儿童房的房门。
双联动门算好尺寸平时可以完全推进书桌侧面。这样不仅又增加了客厅的视觉感，也使客厅产生对流空气更通风通透。
