平面布局图
改造要点：
精装房改造，客户要求不需要大动结构，只在软装顶面进行调整。不能接受原有开放商吊顶嵌金边，不接受原有墙面硬包等过于复杂的造型，喜欢简单，干净。灯光设计也是此次的重点。
写在前面：
屋主的家以浅米色为空间基调，家具的选择则围绕暖咖啡色调展开，低调又雅致，和谐地衬托出家中色彩丰富的摆件玩具书籍艺术品等。比如那件放置于餐边柜的桃粉装饰画，一进门就能看到，牢牢吸引目光。

沙发背景移动滑门，不同的滑门位置，不同感觉的隔断内饰。懒人沙发布置在客厅侧边，让人随时可以“躺平”。目前主要屋主一人居住，不需要太多沙发。如果有一天需要其他沙发进入同一个空间，就还能拼合起来。
Lazy sofa is arranged on the side of the living room, so that people can "lie flat" at any time. At present, the main owner lives alone and does not need too many sofas. If one day you need other sofas to enter the same space, you can put them together.
餐厅完全拆除原有精装房的边顶，对比之前顶面更显开阔。考虑到平时吃饭人少，变换了原有餐桌位置，让更多空间留给新增的水吧台区域。
The restaurant completely dismantled the side roof of the original hardcover room, and the top surface was more open than before. Considering that there are few people eating at ordinary times, the original dining table position has been changed to leave more space for the newly added water bar area.
没有特别大改动原有精装房阳台，顶面增加灯条木饰面。地面增设石板，小石头，充电地灯 达到室内花园氛围。

悬浮书柜 ，usm置物架。不动原始精装房顶面，书房增设灯光点位， 明装轨道灯和明装格栅灯。

设计依据屋主需求，以原木的温柔与白色的洁净打造自然纯粹的居家空间，由人物推动惬意的生活情节，携平和心境，撰写理想时光的剧情……
