Commercial Projects Manager

We are expanding our business activities and seeking a talented Commercial Projects Manager, based in China, to join our team. You will be reporting to the Group Commercial Director.

Your missions, its strategic & operational challenges:
As the Commercial Projects Manager, you will be crucial in supporting our General Manager in China and the Group.
You will take responsibility for the commercial development of business activities in China, among others:
Continuous market studies, research of prospects, lead generation
Establishing strong commercial relationships, analyzing clients’ needs, preparing unique value propositions to exist and potential customers
Active participation in the preparation and adaptation of the Company’s products and services
Proactive meetings with commercial partners and clients, representing the Company and negotiating contracts
Constant update of the commercial projects process through specific software programs
Participating in budgeting, forecasting processes, and meeting sales targets
Attending industry events for Company representation, networking, and commercial relationships.
Preparing reports, participating in internal meetings of business unit and at the Group level in cross-functional, multicultural environments, and executing other commercial tasks per management requests.
Your background, your desires:
You have a university bachelor's or master's degree, in the fields of Business Commercial Management and/or aviation and have at least 5/10 years' experience in B2B sales, and commercial services. It would be a strong advantage to have worked in the Aviation industry. Above all, you are driven to sales and work on margins and real "hunter" sales potential.

Your missions, its strategic & operational challenges:
As the Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Regional, Quality Assurance, and Compliance Monitoring Civil Division. You will be responsible for managing and improving our regional/local Quality Management and Compliance Monitoring Systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry guidelines. With your expertise, you will mentor local leadership to promote enhanced quality assurance and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:
You will conduct and manage the approved Global Annual Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring audit program to maintain compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
You will implement and maintain a continuous improvement program to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
You will manage and maintain all regulatory and industry approvals and certifications for the assigned area, ensuring compliance with the highest standards.
You will communicate and coordinate with regulatory authorities, and internal and external stakeholders on quality assurance and safety matters.
You will act as a postholder or deputy postholder, if applicable, for an assigned area and region, and be accountable for the continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance and Compliance Management Systems.
You will collaborate with other Centre/Regional Heads of Quality Assurance & Compliance Monitoring to harmonize policies and practices while ensuring compliance with NAA regulations.
You will participate in the Global Training Plan for Quality Assurance & Compliance Monitoring and lead quality assurance & compliance training activities and mentorship.
You will ensure quality assurance & compliance monitoring elements of the Integrated Safety, Quality Assurance, and Compliance System are adequate and provide feedback on performance to the Regional Global Safety, Quality Assurance, and Compliance Monitoring.
You will assist in the development of KPIs and coordinate the centralized records system for all Civil Division documentation and records as part of the Integrated Safety, Quality Assurance, w and Compliance Monitoring system.
Your background, your desires
You are a graduate of an engineering school or Master's degree, with a technical background (general engineering, or training in quality or supply chain management) and have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position in an industrial environment. Obviously, you are :
Qualified Quality Auditor Certification. Proficiency in Quality Management systems, including ISO9001, and CMMI.
Knowledge of ICAO, EASA, and other NAA regulations about safety, Quality Assurance, Training, and Operations.
IOSA audit experience.
Experience in establishing or coordinating a fully functioning QMS for Training Organizations or Airlines.
Regulatory experience overseeing Airlines and Training Organizations.
Ability to analyze complex Quality Assurance, Compliance, Technical, and Operational events and provide well-founded recommendations satisfying all stakeholders.
