面试采用结构化面试和情景模拟相结合的方法。面试跟笔试一样，有通用版（针对中国籍人士）和本土版（针对外籍人士）之分。准备时间30分钟，考试时间25分钟（本土版20分钟），包括说课、试讲、问答和外语能力（本土版不考察外语）考查。考官根据考生面试过程中的表现，进行综合评分，满分为150分。
