职位描述
We are seeking a passionate Business Development professional who is highly passionate for the most cutting edge technology and the future of our products who wants to drive growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic business partnership opportunities with local industries and companies.
工作内容
1. Strategy Development
a.Formulate and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives and growth targets.
b.Identify new market opportunities and untapped segments to drive business expansion.
2.Strategic Partnerships Creation and Relationship Management
a.Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
b.Collaborate with existing clients to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
3.Lead Generation and Conversion
a.Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
b.Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to win new business contracts.
4.Negotiation and Deal Closure
a.Lead negotiations with potential clients or partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.
b.Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts and agreements are in compliance with company policies.
5.Performance Tracking and Reporting
a.Monitor and manage performances and revenue growth and report to management.
b.Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize business development efforts.
职位要求
1.Native Japanese, business level in English; Chinese fluency is a plus.
日语为母语,英语达到商务水平;中文流利者优先。
2.Bachelor degree from a top university in Japan; master/MBA or overseas experience is a plus.
日本一流大学学士学位;硕士/MBA 或有海外工作经验者优先。
3.Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
有成功的业务开发和销售经验,有管理经验者优先
4.Strong understanding of Japan market dynamics, customer behaviors, and industry trends.
非常了解日本市场动态、客户行为和行业趋势。
5.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
出色的谈判、沟通和表达能力。
6.Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
具有领导技能,能够有效激励和管理团队。

・软性素质:有创业心态,能适配北京总部的工作节奏和强度
薪资
月薪对标人民币20-40K左右,0~4个月年终奖,一般是2个月左右,取决于绩效结尾
