美国国家地理空间情报局（NGA）于2025年1月15日宣布，它选择了13家公司签订了一份价值2亿美元的合同，提供商业卫星数据和分析，这标志着该情报机构获取国家安全关键信息的方式发生了转变。

NGA为军事和民事决策者提供地理空间情报，将利用商业数据来监测全球经济活动、环境变化和军事行动。这包括跟踪运输模式、建设项目、自然灾害和外国军事能力。
这份合同为不定期交付/不确定数量(IDIQ)合同，允许政府根据需要灵活下订单，而无需提前承诺特定数量。

SPRINGFIELD, Virginia – The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency selected 13 vendors for the $200 million Luno B commercial data indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract.
The selected vendors are:

Luno B will provide the national security community with timely access to high-quality commercial GEOINT. The contract will enable NGA to lead the GEOINT enterprise in applying GEOINT artificial intelligence, while delivering decision advantage to our warfighters, policy makers and mission partners.
Through this IDIQ contract, GEOINT users will have access to data and analytic services that add new context to analytic assessments by characterizing worldwide economic, environmental and geo-political activities, as well as illegal, unregulated and unreported activities.
Luno B is part of NGA’s ongoing efforts to execute an agile acquisition strategy that unlocks the capacity and innovation of the commercial geospatial industry. The contract has a five-year base ordering period with a $200M ceiling. The 13 vendors will compete on a full and open basis for future delivery orders.
