If China is not listed on the back of your APEC Business Travel Card, this indicates that the visa-exemption arrangement between the two countries has not been established. To visit China, you will need to go through the standard visa applications process. You may also wish to contact the issuing authority for your card to confirm whether China's absence on the card is due to an oversight or because the service has not been enabled.
