【中瑞零碳建筑项目】中国建研院率中方考察团赴瑞：携手共建绿色未来

6月25日上午，考察团首先拜访了卢塞恩应用科学与艺术大学（HSLU）工程与建筑学院。建筑技术与能源所联席所长Adrian Altenburger教授作为中瑞零碳建筑项目的瑞方专家，向考察团分享了瑞士在零碳建筑方面的实践经验。随后，考察团参观了HSLU的实验室，深入了解了瑞士在绿色建筑技术方面的先进成果。随后考察团前往瑞士交通博物馆，参观了能源展览，对瑞士在交通领域的可持续发展策略有了更为深刻的认识。

On the morning of June 25, the delegation first visited the School of Engineering and Architecture at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU). Prof. Adrian Altenburger, Co-Head of the Institute of Building Technology and Energy and a Swiss expert on the Sino-Swiss ZEB project, shared Switzerland’s practical experience in zero emission buildings with the delegation. The delegation then toured HSLU’s laboratories, gaining an in-depth understanding of Switzerland’s advanced achievements in green building technology. Subsequently, the delegation visited the Swiss Museum of Transport to explore the energy exhibition and gained deeper insights into Switzerland’s sustainable development strategies in the transportation sector.

下午，考察团抵达埃比肯，参观了全球领先的电梯和自动扶梯供应商——迅达集团（Schindler）的总部。Kurt Steiner先生作为迅达集团新安装和现代化业务全球可持续发展经理，向考察团介绍了迅达电梯在节能、减排和循环经济方面的创新举措。随后，考察团参观了迅达城市中心，感受了现代建筑与城市环境的和谐共生与融合。

In the afternoon, the delegation arrived in Ebikon to visit the headquarters of Schindler Group, a global leader in elevators and escalators. Mr. Kurt Steiner, Global Sustainability Manager for New Installations and Modernization Business at Schindler, introduced the delegation to Schindler’s innovative initiatives in energy saving, emission reduction, and the circular economy. The delegation then toured the Schindler City Center, experiencing the harmonious integration and coexistence of modern buildings and urban environments.

6月26日上午，考察团一行人抵达了位于迪本多夫的瑞士联邦材料科学与技术研究所（EMPA），并参观了其标志性的模块化研究与创新大楼 (NEST)。EMPA城市能源系统实验室的资深科学家Matthias Sulzer教授发表了欢迎致辞，并向考察团详细介绍了NEST大楼在可持续建筑领域的前沿研究工作。随后，中国建筑科学研究院的张时聪博士和中瑞零碳建筑项目的瑞方项目经理Wesley Wojtas先生，分别就中瑞零碳建筑项目的实施情况和最新进展进行了详细的阐述。紧接着，瑞士绿色建筑协会（SGB）理事会成员Diego Salmeron先生分享了他在零碳建筑领域的丰富经验和独到见解，为考察团提供了宝贵的启示。最后，考察团成员参观了NEST实验室，深入了解了各个研究单元以及NEST可持续建筑的突破性实践，全面领略了瑞士在可持续建筑领域的前沿研究成果。

On the morning of June 26, the delegation visited the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology (EMPA) in Dübendorf and toured its iconic modular research and innovation building (NEST). Prof. Matthias Sulzer, Senior Scientist at the EMPA Urban Energy Systems Laboratory, delivered a welcome speech and provided the delegation with a detailed introduction to the pioneering research work of the NEST building in the field of sustainable construction. Dr. Shicong Zhang from the CABR and Mr. Wesley Wojtas, Swiss Team Leader of the Sino-Swiss ZEB project, elaborated on the implementation and latest progress of the project. Subsequently, Mr. Diego Salmeron, a board member of the Swiss Green Building Association (SGB), shared his rich experience and unique insights in the field of zero emission buildings, offering valuable inspiration to the delegation. Finally, the delegation toured the NEST laboratories, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the breakthrough practices in sustainable construction within various research units and appreciating Switzerland’s cutting-edge research achievements in this field.

下午，考察团在Adrian Altenburger教授的带领下，参观了苏尔斯托菲园区（Suurstoffi-Areal）。这个园区是瑞士首个荣获DGNB铂金级别认证的项目，充分展现了瑞士在绿色建筑领域的领先地位和创新实力。最后，考察团与瑞士创新中心负责人Justus von Grone和Maximilian Richter先生进行了有关零碳技术和成果转化经验的交流，双方就零碳建筑领域的政策环境、市场需求和商业模式等方面进行了深入探讨，为未来的合作提供了更多可能性。

In the afternoon, led by Prof. Adrian Altenburger, the delegation visited the Suurstoffi-Areal. This area is Switzerland’s first project to receive DGNB Platinum certification, fully demonstrating Switzerland’s leading position and innovative strength in the field of green building. Finally, the delegation exchanged experiences with Mr. Justus von Grone and Mr. Maximilian Richter, heads of the Swiss Innovation Center, on zero emission technology and achievement transformation. The two sides had in-depth discussions on policy environments, market demands, and business models in the zero-emission building field, providing more possibilities for future cooperation.

此次访问不仅加强了中瑞双方在零碳建筑领域的合作与交流，还为中瑞零碳建筑项目的深入推进注入了新的活力。考察团表示，将积极借鉴瑞士的先进经验和技术，加强与国际合作伙伴的沟通与合作，共同推动全球零碳建筑事业的发展。

This visit not only strengthened cooperation and exchanges between China and Switzerland in the field of zero emission buildings but also injected new vitality into the advancement of the Sino-Swiss ZEB project. The delegation expressed their intention to actively learn from Switzerland’s advanced experience and technology, enhance communication and cooperation with international partners, and jointly promote the development of the global zero emission building industry.
