面试采用结构化面试和情景模拟相结合的方法。面试跟笔试一样，有通用版（针对中国籍人士）和本土版（针对外籍人士）之分。准备时间30分钟，考试时间25分钟（本土版20分钟），包括说课、试讲、问答和外语能力（本土版不考察外语）考察。考官根据考生面试过程中的表现，进行综合评分，满分为150分。

考什么？怎么答？

考查内容：教学组织与课堂管理；中华文化与跨文化交际
时间：6分钟；共2题；均为现场出
1.听力：能理解题干问题；
2.内容：跟中文问答要求一致，包括结构完整、有逻辑，回答角度专业；
3.表达：简洁、流畅、回答可理解性高；
4.肢体语言：表情、眼神与手势自然；
5.回答流程与中文问答一致：
开始 - 陈述 -（评价）- 原因（1-2）- 建议（3-5）- 结束；
6.时间：扣除考官读题1分钟的时间，每道题回答2分半为佳。
1. 听不懂问题怎么办？
•学会通过关键词判断；
•请考官重复；
•背一篇回答样板；
•考前多听多练关键词。
2. 语言不会组织怎么办？
•记好答题模板。
3. 考前怎么备考？
•模拟20道英文问答：记时+录音+总结复盘。
