1、Delta One Specialist

工作职责：

在股票主经纪商业务中， Delta One 业务台向客户提供收益互换、票据和其他衍生品服务。该职位将负责 Delta One 产品的设计和运营，提供解决方案以满足客户需求，可能在产品设计/策略研究/交易团队内工作。

Within the Equities Synthetic Prime Brokerage business, the Delta One desk offers TRS, notes and other derivative products to clients. The position holder is responsible for the development and maintenance of delta one product and provides solutions to meet clients’ needs and may work within Structuring/Strategy Research/Trading team.

（产品设计方向）

(Structuring Focus)

The position holder would produce and market relevant content on single stock, customized basket and indices to investors across the globe, including hedge funds, institutions, pensions and sovereigns. This position includes direct interaction with clients, sales people, traders, management and supporting or partnering business lines for structuring transactions and financial products that meet our client’s needs.

(Strategy Research Focus)

The position holder would partner with Delta One trading desk to develop data-driven strategies and managing risks associated with delta one products. This position plays a key role in the development of systematic hedging strategies, risk models, portfolio optimization, flow categorization and clustering.

(Trading Focus)

The position holder will join our Delta One trading team, responsible for pricing, risk management, trading, and booking of our Delta One business. This position includes hedging trade execution, inventory management, system automation to optimize the efficient usage of balance sheet and funding resources.

职责 Responsibilities

（产品设计方向）(Structuring Focus)

•向销售和客户推广主经纪商交易解决方案，包括个股、DMA、融资融券、指数产品和其他结构化产品，主要覆盖亚太地区股票市场，尤其是中国A股和港股

Presenting standard and customized prime brokerage trade solutions to sales and clients, including single stock trading, DMA, SBL, index products, and other structured products. Mainly on Pan Asia stock market underlying, especially China A and Hong Kong stocks

•协同销售团队进行客户推介，跟进交易前准备、交易执行和交易后监控。与客户、销售、交易团队和相关内部职能部门协调管理产品生命周期的全流程

Joining the sales for client pitching, following up on pre-trade preparation, trade execution and post-trade monitoring. Managing front-to-back execution processes in coordination with clients, sales, trading team and relevant internal functions

•根据客户需求研究和定制化产品服务

Preparing and designing new prime broker products based on client’s demand

•为部门和业务管理层提供其他临时支持

Other ad-hoc support to senior structuring and team management

（策略研究方向）(Strategy Research Focus)

•负责监控、分析和报告交易台的风险暴露，实时监控风险限额，报告违规行为并积极配合交易台跟进解决，并提出风险缓释策略

Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting of trading desks’ risk exposures, real-time monitoring of limits, reporting of breaches and actively following up on actions to resolve breaches with trading desks, and recommending risk mitigation strategies

•在指数套利、做市策略、统计套利等领域构建和开发分析和算法交易策略。Construct and develop analytics and algorithmic trading strategies in areas of index arbitrage, market-making, statistical arbitrage, etc.

•通过研究模型和算法行为（例如情景分析以及历史行为）来支持交易台

Support trading activity by investigating model and algorithm behavior such as scenarios and post trade analysis and historical behavior

（交易方向）(Trading Focus)

•与各团队协调 Delta One 产品线开发、对冲交易执行和风险管理

Coordinate with various teams on delta one product development, trade execution, and risk management

•负责询券、定价、分券等券池管理工作，以提升优化资产负债表效率

Responsible for sourcing, pricing, distribution and managing security inventories to optimize balance sheet usage

•协助提升Delta One业务交易和簿记系统和流程的自动化

Assist in trading/booking system enhancement project buildout for Delta One Business

任职资格：

知识要求  Knowledge

•扎实的金融衍生品和市场知识，有效的客户销售技能

Robust technical knowledge of derivative products, combining with strong client facing, sales & marketing skills

•对算法交易、做市交易、指数和统计套利有全面深入的理解

Solid and comprehensive understanding of algorithmic trading, market-making, index and statistical arbitrage

•深厚的统计建模和优化知识

Profound knowledge of statistical modeling and optimization, including standard models, linear, convex and conic optimization

资格 Qualification

At least 1 year of related experience in Equity derivative products

2、Product Operations Specialist

工作职责：

岗位性质：D1 Business Management

•协调HKD1产品台业务运作开展，提供全方位业务管理支持

Coordinate Delta One business operation and provide comprehensive business management support

•根据监管要求及公司政策，草拟和优化业务管理政策及流程，牵头并跟进重点项目的执行和落地，提升运营效率，化解运营风险

Develop and optimise business policy and procedure in accordance to regulatory requirement and firm policy. Lead and keep track the implementation of key initiatives/projects on continuous improvement/enhancement, improve operational efficiency and control operational risk;

•建立和维护与中后台部门的沟通协作机制，优化合作流程，提高业务执行效率

Establish and maintain communication and collaboration mechanisms with Middle and Back Office, optimize collaboration processes and improve execution efficiency;

•负责绩效管理, 包括业务数据分析系统平台开发及管理，制定和实施跨部门跨团队业绩数据分析，制作业务数据管理分析报告

Responsible for performance management, including developing and  managing of business analysis system platform, formulating and implementing cross-department/cross-team performance data analysis and producing business management reports

•负责HKD1产品台年度预算编制及费用监督管理工作

Responsible for Delta One business annual budget preparation and cost/expense supervision and management.

任职资格：

Strong quantitative background and programming skills (Python, VBA) are preferred

•良好的英文和中文书写及口语能力

Good command of English and Mandarin written and verbal communication skills

•熟练运用PPT等办公软件，具备较强的文字表达能力

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint is a plus
