Finance Manager (Post-deal management & Financial Reporting focused）
Responsibilities
- Perform and handle regular investment reporting, financial and tax due diligence and fund operations for potential acquisition targets;
- Handle post-investment projects, ensuring optimal portfolio company performance and valuations;
- Review fund reporting and regulatory filing by reporting and regulatory requirements;
- Coordinate annual audits and tax compliance projects in partnership with professional advisors;
- Handled ad-hoc project as assigned by CFO.
Requirements
- Holder of Bachelor's degree in related disciplines;
- CPA Qualification is a plus;
- 5+ Years of Big 4 Assurance, PE Finance or Tax Experience;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Good at Chinese writing.
